      Not sure that will work since one of the hallmarks of this virus is the unwillingness to engage in debate for fear of "platforming" an opposing viewpoint (and of course the risk of being proven wrong).
      I really think that relentless public humiliation and mockery with cutting humor is the best way to push back.

    • @NinjaKittyBonks
      @NinjaKittyBonks Месяц назад +1

      @@Archiep2979 ... True and while this is the only path, it is most certainly not a guarantee. I would agree that the mocking and humiliation "feels good", but it actually sets us all back. The problem is that the leftists have set the rules and those rules ever change, depending on the moment. Since they are 100% convinced to be on the "right side" of history, they feel zero need to engage in any way and hold the reigns of control, via social and mainstream complete compliance.
      .
      To not become that which we fight is the most disturbing part of all this, as this is absolutely GUARANTEED to all collapse, because a society cannot be built upon the denial of truth and human biology. The issue then becomes... how much damage can be done, PRIOR to that collapse?

    • @Archiep2979
      @Archiep2979 Месяц назад +3

      @NinjaKittyBonks i can only speak from my own experience with some close friends who fell into this. Nothing broke them like being laughed at, and it seemed to break the spell. Given that a large component that draws ppl to it is their narcissism and being laughed at and mocked is poison to them. See the last debate for more illustrations of that in action.
      I also have literally a negative amount of shits to give over any of this any more as it's distracting ppl from actual issues of importance and consequences.

Several men tried to do the same thing to her over the course of her life. She found herself single again a few years ago and tried out an online dating site that kicked her out of the site because she would not be open to dating a male to female transsexual who had not undergone surgery yet. However, one cannot ignore the fact that if we strive for equal opportunities based on individual abilities, society must address and level the factors that hinder individuals from reaching their full potential. To give one example: Society should guarantee every child, regardless of social and economic background, the same good quality in basic education.

    Defying truth is also part of some personality traits where NOT being understood is vital. The harder you listen to the defying person and carefully report back what you hear, they will aggressively deny the summary. The would even deny a one minute old recording of themselves played back.
    A summary or a conclusion is a disaster. Getting them is the worst thing that can happen.
    Meeting such a person is really mind twisting. Most people will try to be listened to and would appreciate being gotten or have their opinions seriously considered and even confirmed without modification.
    So who are these people. What is so beneficial with being a slippery bar of soap?
    Having and maintaining a parasitic mind has its benefits.
    1. Grandiosity: A person with narcissistic tendencies might feel that their thoughts are superior to everyone else's, and thus they become frustrated when others don't automatically agree or align with their worldview.
    2. Inability to tolerate dissent: When others express different opinions, it might feel like a challenge to their sense of superiority or personal importance, provoking anger.
    3. Need for control: They may want to dominate conversations, expecting others to listen without contributing their own thoughts, and get enraged when they perceive any loss of control.
    4. Perceive being listened to as a threat: Rather than seeing it as an attempt to understand, they might interpret active listening as a kind of scrutiny or judgment, which makes them defensive and hostile.
    5. Project insecurities onto others: By calling others' statements "bullshit," they could be projecting their own doubts or insecurities onto those around them, discrediting others in order to feel more secure in their own worldview.
    6. Conversation as a battleground: For some individuals, discussions are not seen as a collaborative exchange but as a power struggle. They may become angry when others speak because it feels like a challenge to their authority or control.
    7. Invalidating others to maintain control: By dismissing others' input as "bullshit," they're effectively shutting down dissent or alternative perspectives, thus maintaining their position as the dominant voice in the interaction.
    8. Displacing their own feelings: They may feel insecure, unsure, or even wrong but project those feelings onto others, accusing them of speaking "bullshit" as a way to avoid dealing with their own internal discomfort.
    9. Avoiding introspection: This pattern allows them to avoid examining their own thoughts, feelings, and behaviors by aggressively externalizing the problem, placing the blame on others for the uncomfortable emotions they're experiencing.

    • @tofo2
      @tofo2 Месяц назад

      Deconstruction and relativism is attractive as it finally gives you power to call things anything you like and dismiss things as you like. An enormous freedom, but unfortunately not so successful in nature where atoms, molecules, animals and humans set boundaries and presents and already existing reality.
      Why it is so destructive to society is by dissolving the culture and belief systems of a competitor he becomes powerless and less of a threat. Anything that empowers the competitor is deconstructed and relativized. That is the work of the parasite. It has chosen you as its enemy and wants your submission/failure and your resources.

      I like Lyssenko. He was not all wrong at all. In USSR the application of his ideas led to a spectacular failure, but absolutely everything good turned to shit under Stalin and the people formed by him : in architecture they just copied (often by stealing the plans) the buildings of NYC of 40 years before but the construction work was just absolute crap. In China Lyssenko's ideas were applied in a less dogmatic, more pragmatic way, and taking far more patience , and they also took into account some ancestral peasant knowledge : they succeeded in making all sorts of fruits grow under climates they were not made for originally. Species can be educated so to speak and some information translating into behaviour can be acquired and then transmitted through modified genetic material. RNA is as important as DNA. Shelldrake whose starting point was pure Western Darwinism succeeded in educating monkeys that could no longer find fruit to unearth sweet potatoes, a quite complicated behaviour. It took much time but all of a sudden the whole species was shown to have acquired that trait even on islands where no monkey had been trained.

    Judging individual on immutable traits is bigotry. Racism is a more tricky concept. I might be called "racist" if I think that European Jews have a higher IQ due to genes. But I am only a bigot if I use this (perhaps) fact to be the criterion for hiring someone. It is especially true if this becomes my sole criterion.

      As of now their scores are dwindling, especially in Israel : they used to rise spectacularly at the times of emancipation, that is to say when they left their rabbi-ridden ghettoes for the greater world of Western liberal free thought : now that they have taken up again the habit to think only about themselves and form back a ghetto that doesn't give a damn for the world outside, even the mere physical world, now that they submit again to their consecrated intellectuals and in Israel to their rabbis in a more and more superstitious way, the Israeli mean Jewish IQ which used to be around 115 when the country was beginning is now just 94, which is close to what is used to measure when they were still living in traditional ghettoes. Reading the Talmud from generation to generation may provide a gross neuronal training and select for that aptitude, but when it applies only to Talmudic concepts (books about non-judaic matters used to be forbidden except when needed to make money in the current year) it leads to circular cognition only : it translates into IQ only when applied to realities outside their ideologies they indulge in all too often. In the case of Jews it may probably be said that IQ is more acquired than inherited though it manifests only when getting out of the ghetto mindset.

    If wokeness is a parasitic mind virus...well...is not every other ideal or popular movement? And are they all negative in their impact on society? Or is it more nuanced? Post modernism at least questioned in broad terms, the meta narrative. It would be critically useful for every determination by any ideology to consider questioning its ideals and directives.

    No doubt you both have read Ayn Rand in your youth. She lived through the Bolshevik Revolution where the same nonsense prevailed. Doctors were sent to the fields in the name of social justice. Her father was removed from his pharmacy in the name of social justice and complete incompetents replaced him. Social Justice rearing its idiocy. When utter chaos ensued and people were dying in mass; her father was returned to his pharmacy until it was organized and operational and then he was again removed. No doubt due to his intelligence and competency.
    They left Russia.
    We are living through this insanity again.

    Regarding cultural relativism, FGM is given as an example. Isn't the goal to find objective ways to determine whether something is right or wrong? Some cultures consider FGM and MGM to both be good. Some consider both to be evil. Should not forced genital cutting be subject to the same criteria regardless of the gender of the victim? If not, cultural relativism governs.
