lovely knits. Beautiful home. Also love your pets. I too have a dark gray striped kitty who is most loved. My doggie is much much smaller. Smaller than my cat. Ok I will admit that I have three wonderful kitties. Two gray striped one's and one orange striped and they are most loved. Thank you for sharing your knits and how you wash them.

Thank you for watching and messaging! Love to hear about your kitties! We lost one of our cats in August and we still havent got over it. Worse part of having animals in our lives: their lives are so much shorter than ours! Take care!

It was interesting to see your favorite wears. One thing I love about knitting is that you can make a one of a kind garment, even if it is very popular in the knitting community. 😊🧶

@@stephaniewilliams8687 I totally agree! So many yarns and colour combos to choose from! Thanks for watching! 🧶💕

Hi, this was interesting. I like to see how different yarns take wear. I only have 4 handknit jumpers and one cardi, so I wear them all a lot. And I live in a colder climate. Ranunculus has seen most wear and mending, but it was the first one I made. It is so loose gauge that it does wear thin on the elbows.

@@Kialas Yes! I love to see how different yarns wear as well but I have my tried and true yarns and find it hard to commit to full garments trying a new yarn cos it’s a big investment! 😁 Thanks for watching!

Most worn sweater has been the Weekender. I felted it a few years ago after some bad cleaning advice and need to make another one. At this point I think washing machines must be very different in the States than they are other places. I have a front loader with a delicates/wool setting and it really only works for superwash yarns/washable yarns.
This year I finished a Sheep Camp and wear that a lot, tho I would do so many things differently the next time I knit it. I'm constantly pulling on it to make it comfortable. For one, I've changed the collar 3x and still don't like it. I would do a fold over collar from the start.
3rd most worn in my family is the Survey Pullover. While it's designed for men, I've used the pattern for all generders. It's especially nice for those of us with larger shoulder muscles and shoulder width.
I feel like I'm talking to much so I'll leave it at that 😊
Thank you for another great video!

Hey Nico! Oh no worries! I feel honored when people feel comfortable to write me long replies, it feels more like a conversation! It's so interesting you should say that about American front loading machines...I wonder why?? I have always loved knitwear, even before becoming a knitter and have always used a washing machine on the wool cycle for my knits- though yes I am always a little cautious at first with my more rustic yarn knits but the alternative would be a little too impractical for me. The only problem I've ever had was my husband chucking one of my cashmere sweaters accidently in on a regular wash. I cried. LMAO.
It's such a fun and worthwhile exercise to reflect on our knits- what we like and why...I think it just helps us to to pick things in future we know we will love and use. Sorry to hear about your Weekender. Did you knit it with a hood? I like the lines and texture of the Survey Pullover. It kind of reminds me of the Ankers...which reminds me, I bought the Ankers sweater "Man" version for my husband's sweater so I might knit one for myself cos theres definitely a lot more "comfort" involved in "man-shaped" sweaters! Thanks for watching and interacting, Nico!

What is the pattern for the sweater with the fox head motif in the thumbnail? It did not make the cut but it looks super cute.
