Great idea, use a smoked hamhock and corn cobs as stock base for corn soup.
The question is how did all the Clapping American episodes disappear so suddenly? They do something wrong?
I'm not sure. Maybe he just got tired of it. I don't want to speculate. But as long as he's gone I'll try to upload as many of his episodes as I can, plus more!
Food Network was starting to transition from Chefs who cook to Chefs who can Throw Down with Bobby Flay. Basically, they wanted more competition shows 👍
