For sure the Doward isn't a Wow moment Adam but if you spend time you start to feel how special it is in the midst of the Wye and forest opposite. The walk up was a pure autumn delight - some great towering trees there. That's what I like about this area - the forest and woodland and hey the deer. Great to see you on the other side - again takes time to appreciate the view at Yat Tock - I actually prefer Coldwel Rocks on the other side and I recommend a walk from down below. It's awesome - realm cavernous. Well, good going - Maggs got her view. Mark
@@WyeExplorer Hi Mark thanks for watching, Autumn delight is a great description, I really enjoyed the peace and serenity of that place. Thanks for the recommendation, just had a look at Coldwell rocks on the map and it looks a good route walked from the river side. Will definitely do that one! Also seen you have a video of the rocks too and Yat Rock, I’ll watch that tonight looks great. Really appreciate you recommending these places , we are really enjoying the walks absolutely beautiful. Peace mate
I have done the rock - great at sunrise on a misty morning - nbut will have to add the woodland to my to visit.. it looks very plesant, I am glafd to hear that I am not the only person who pants going up hill....lol. @@thevalleywalker Hi Alan , yeah it’s a fab place isn’t it , beautiful scenery. The sunrise from there must look insane on a misty morning! I definitely pant alright lol not just you , ha ha I’m very average level of fitness! My wife screws when I get close to the edge, it does always look worse on camera than in real life! I had a good stable foot hold, but definitely got a bit of vertigo up there , only peeped over for a minute before retreating lol Have a great weekend , enjoying the lovely Autumn sun. ☀️best wishes Adam
