I was wondering why I never watched much of his stand up. I have seen some and it wasn't appealing like everything else he does. But when he does Chip Chipperson live, it's fucking amazing.
Same with guys like Artie Lange. Funny off the cuff and just riffing but the stand up leaves much to be desired. Yimmy is one of the funniest people to ever live. Top 10 easily for me!

I agree! Love Lil Yimmy and his ability to riff and just be one of the funniest people ever. On the stage I don’t really like his rehearsed stuff. He’s much funnier off the cuff and being a quick little sniper. Second only to Anthony

As someone who has seen Norton do standup multiple times over the span of his time at O&A, I have to say that Pat was 100% on the ball about Jimmy’s act. Arguably the funniest dude on O&A but on the stage it’s just vulgar “look at what a pervert I am” stuff whereas off the cuff he’s among the best. Anyway that’s my 200 word essay.

He recently passed away at the age of 94 (he was certainly over 90) One of the best
