Hi! I'm the author of the book "Iseris: House of Power" featured in this video. I'd like to thank Sarah for helping me out here because book promotion is never easy lol. And thank you to anyone who's interested in checking it out!
Hi Sarah! I love your videos so much! Please start the naturals series it's so good! I really want to see the natural series reading vlog (with a spoiler section) please!❤
The Kite Runner is the book that got me into reading, so glad you liked it. 2:27 Hazaras are an ethnic muslim group majorily residing in Afghanistan, but also in some parts of Iran and Pakistan. Yes, the persecution and discrimination continues till date, because of their ethnicity and religious beliefs and practices, which is basically systemic oppression.
I really need to read The Kite Runner, so glad it impacted you so much! It sounds so good ❤️ I can’t wait to get into Magnolia Parks and see what these books are all about, haha, feeling the FOMO! And yeah I hate when a plot twist lets you down and doesn’t make sense after enjoying the majority of the book! I’m curious to read Never Lie just to know what it is 😂
I recently finished "Five People You Meet in Heaven" & its sequel "The Next Person You Meet in Heaven" by Mitch Albom and I really recommend them. This is the first time I feel as though good books will actually get better when I reread them later on as I gain life experience, and will somehow have an even more meaningful impact on me when I can completely relate to every part of them. Not 5 stars for me personally but still glad I read them! 💚
THE incredible book LEAD ME WHERE THE LIGHT IS OURS ~by N.galilea letting people know if u get it on a MONDAY, the proceeds go to help people in need. It is a beautiful book the cover is STUNNING
I’m so glad to see someone else have the same opinion on Never Lie! I kept seeing so many good reviews, especially on the plot twist, but it felt so random to me. I feel like it didn’t really fit in with the information we were given throughout the book. Don’t get me wrong, it was entertaining, but the twist was not the best in my opinion. Also, I definitely need to check out the kite runner now! 🩷
