Where did you buy the oil filter, crush washer and oil from? Was it at Honda Dealer or walmart? I know it’s a year old video, but I plan to change mine for the first time. Thank you!
You should of poured some oil into the new filter. I always change my glove after the drain. Those gloves are dirt cheap a whole box of 100 for $5.00 then your hand won't slip on installing the new filter.
>>> .5 The man meant to pour a little new oil in the filter before you install.. it's what your car is doing when you run it for a few minutes and then check to top it off. He didn't mean overfill.
According to the on-screen reminder for oil change. Oil should look dark when draining because it's quite concentrated. If you use oil stick to check oil condition and a paper towel to wipe it you'll see the oil still within reasonable clearness.
Nice video. You can also put shocks or piece of thick wood behind rear tires for extra safety, emergency brake on, gear on park.
Nice and clear video. thank you!
Excellent video!!!

Bought as a kit on eBay all genuine parts
Thank you!!
Buy a bunch of crush washers on Amazon or eBay and keep them for future changes. Buy your oil and filters wherever they’re on sale.

I realize I am kinda randomly asking but do anyone know a good website to stream newly released tv shows online?
@Mack Gerardo i would suggest flixzone. You can find it by googling :)
Nicely done! Excellent instructional video!
The Honda manual actually says 4.5 quarts not 5. Over filing it could damage the seals.

Yes, but 5 quarts shouldn't be a issue. It's only 1/2 quart over.
Chock your back wheels!
Recommended to pour .5quarts into the new filter before installing into car.
Good job though bro
5 quarts ...no no no dude that is too much oil an filter is about half of quart of oil fill the filter 3/4 up
Yess Honda filter 👌🏻
Every Honda filter I’ve ever seen comes with the o ring prelubed. There’s no substitute for factory original Honda parts!
Great video! Thanks. What interval did you change your oil? It was pretty dark when draining.

Can you use the engine oil for one month b4 chnaging ?
What is the period of time you can use your engine oil before chnages
You want the engine cold so the oil isn't throughout the engine and it's all sitting in the pan
