When I was 21 years old, had a 34 year old Thai woman offer something similar like this to me, promising that I wouldn’t have to bear any burden or responsibility, just give her a baby. I didn’t believe her, ran far away and ghosted. This video reaffirms the wisdom or my decision.

The only time i'd believe her is when i sign a contract and have it reviewed by a lawyer and then we both sign it and notarize it. The contract would be legally binding and it'd make it so she has no right to claim child support and the father will release any and all parental rights. I'd never agree to something like this unless she signed this contract. If your a sperm donor and it's found out who the father is then there should be a law that says if your a sperm donor you'll be exempt from child support.

The odds are not stacked against kids raised by a single parent; this is true in some cases depends who the single parent is a mom or dad that is a good parent better than two bad parents. Also, realize one can become a single parent in various ways …divorce, death of spouse, and or by no committment type of relationship or a one night stand… dont put all single parent familiesin the same category. Black and white thinking requires no analysis but in life things are complex and requires to see the gray in between. Toxic parenting can be in a two parent family as well as a single parent family.

When my exes sister divorced her husband during the divorce process she named another man (a coworker) as being the real father of both the children confirmed later by DNA. Her ex was still ordered to pay child support even though he was not biological father.

Lying about parentage should be considered fraud, especially when the victim has been made to pay child support. That lady should be in prison. This is a hundred times worse then most scams where we would be happy to put people in prison. There should also be no statute of limitations. It's just more proof of the two-tiered justice system. A DA was willing to charge Trump with felony fraud for over-valuing property to get a loan, when the loan was paid in full with interest and the bank said they were aware of it, but wanted to give him the loan regardless based on the previous 21 loans he paid in full. Yet, you would be hard pressed to find a DA who would charge this evil bitch with fraud, even though she financially harmed him, defamed him, caused major mental distress to him and his parents, and is emotionally damaging the child. If I was a lawyer, I'd taken his case for free just to try to right the unbelievable injustices all involved (except her) have suffered and make an example of her.

At the young age of 23 I would have insisted my son get a paternity test before I even got involved with any child that came into my son’s life. In fact both my children knew by grade 8, I will gladly pay for any birth control items because I absolutely wanted no baby mom’s in my life. My kids use to laugh at me but promised no baby momma drama. Fingers crossed no baby mamma yet. They are 32 & 33.

I took my ex to court and won sole custody. I used her behavior accusations and lies plus her alienating me from my kids. I used it against her and won sole custody of my kids. People with these types of behaviors act out of emotion but all we have to do is put our emotion aside then get smarter and it will be an easy win in court.

The biggest problem that he has is that legally, once he began supporting the child, most courts will rule that he must continue doing so. This is often true even when the man is shown to not be the father
Can you provide a link that proves that's true? I've only ever heard of biological Dad's being forced to help support (unless they sign their rights over).
That is insane. You would think with a good lawyer, this guy could get out of child support due to the original agreement they had and all of the deception. There are so many bad outcomes from government enforced DNA collection I can't even list them all (if mandatory I am assuming you mean it's enforced by the law). Not to mention the amount of trust you would have to have to think that an entire catalogue of DNA collected from every child born in the country and any potential fathers would not be used for purposes beside identifying paternity. That doesn't sound like something the government or scientific community would want to get their hands on? We already have law enforcement using DNA from commercial genetic testing like 23 and me. It won't be long before that is being used to deny people health or life insurance due to genetic defects. Letting the government collect DNA without the consent of the individuals involved sounds like the beginning of dystopian sci-fi nightmare to me. You must really trust the government!
If anything being married locks you into responsibility for the child even if it's not yours. I can't remember what state it was in, but essentially a married white couple had a mixed baby. Obviously the guy figures out real quick what happened and divorces the woman. Family court found that he's still responsible for child support because the child was born while he was married to the woman.
@@jrmckim You should have to do it if you're married, too. It shouldn't matter. People step out of their marriage all the time. A lot of people are finding out that they aren't their father's biological child because their mother had an affair she kept secret and the father just assumed his wife had been faithful, through ancestry DNA tests and stuff that people are doing for fun and for genealogical purposes these days. Just because you're married and you're certain your wife hasn't been cheating on you doesn't mean she hasn't. It also takes away arguments within the marriage if it's simply a mandatory procedure that happens for everybody, whether they're married or not. Women who haven't cheated will be hurt if their husband asks them for a paternity test, and that will cause arguments and unnecessary strife within the marriage. But, if it's simply a matter of the law and it isn't up to the husband or the wife and she hasn't cheated, then no harm no foul. And, of course, if she has cheated and the baby isn't his then it's best he knows that now rather than later and he can make an informed decision about how he wants to proceed (or not proceed) with the marriage and his wife's love child. I hope there is a movement to amend that law in LA to have it include married couples, and I think that all 50 states should adopt it.

a woman i briefly knew proposed the same thing to me. She really wanted a child and he clock was running out fast. She proposed i got her pregnant and we could sign stuff saying i was not responsible in any way for the upbringing of the child.
I went back and forth over it in my mind for a little while but ultimately decided that It would weigh on me heavily for the rest of my life to know i had a child out there and wondering how they were doing. I used to want kids but now i think im too old to deal with that stuff now. Plus she was kind of weird and hard to get a read on. Definitely wouldnt want to be stuck raising a kid with her thats for sure.

A contract to get out of all responsibility for supporting your child is NOT enforceable. That is because it is considered unconscionable and so not valid. That is why sperm banks don't give out donors names to the women. If the woman does not know the man's name, she cannot sue him for child support. In other words, if a woman COULD find out the name of a sperm donor from a sperm bank, she could sue him for child support and his contract with the sperm bank would not help him because it is unenforceable. So the only thing saving donors to sperm banks from being sued is their anonymity. Obviously, once the woman knows who the father is, like here, then he's in trouble.

This is why he should've done this through a medical facility. All medical records are legal documents and can be used in a court of law. The doctors would have given "Maria" a pregnancy test before inseminating her. That way, before the child in question is even born, both parties would have known that Brett was the father. There would also be legal documents saying this was a one-time donation with no means of the donor to be in the child's life. The woman set him up as a patsy…my late husband had 6 kids, I raised his last two but the other 4 were sorta Marias, they thought by forgetting their birth control and suddenly getting preggers that he’d stay with them. I don't know about in 2024 but in the 90's this is accurate. I had a woman that I worked with pull me aside one day and asked me for this, she was dead serious and even said that she would have a document for me to sign reassuring me that I would not be liable for anything at all after the conception of the baby. I told her that I wouldn't feel right doing something like this and to just have patience because she was only in her late 20's and she would find someone.
Me too - not on this level, more that girls would say no condom they are good and are on birth control. To be fair it was always condoms for a few weeks and then when they got romantic they decided to go on the tablets. I also had no problem enjoying raw with girls on menses. Natural birth control unlike raw dog like actual dogs which work the opposite. There was always an underlying factor that they wanted to have kids and marriage. I am sure, I can't blame them.
