The ventilation is converted into charcoal water by a water purification system at the top🙂

So the wood gas created just ventilated or adds to the burn process??? How much weight to you loose in this process allowing the wood to burn rather than bake??
I’d love to make my own charcoal. Would be an awesome diy skill to have.
