Better not to use heavy power tools around guitar finishes. Use a screwdriver. Be sure to use the _correct_ Phillips style tip driver size and depth to grip the screw head perfectly.
Great video !.. Thats a really good shielding job, I also notice the 'treble bleed mod' on the volume pot and wonder if that was factory or a modification. Doesn't look like the usual cheap quality electronics. 👍👍🎸🎸🎸🎸👍👍
Hey Lamb! I'm not sure but I think the previous owner changed out the pots and did the treble bleed mod. They most definitely didn't come like this from the factory
Is it a standard fender pickguard? I've seen the reviews on thomann saying standard strat pickguard, even the one branded HB in their shop do not fit HB guitars. I really like the look of this guitar but the pickguard.
Yes that's correct. The pickguards are made for Fender spec and Harley Benton guitars have a slightly different geometry (trying to avoid copyright issues I assume). So you have to make the pickguard fit your specific HB guitar.
That's the cool thing about Strat type of guitars. You can mod them and change things to meet your own preference pretty simple to make it your own. Especially with the help of watching RUclips videos making it much easier to learn how to mod. To each their own tho, still a cool looking guitar IMO. Cheers!!
@@aSocherel thx for the answer. yeah it looks like some postrock thsirt or something thats why im ask :D I will definitely check it !!! keep it real, cheers!
Very nice work! Thank you for sharing 🙏🎸👌👍
Thank you so much for your video. It was very educational. Lovely guitar, I’m thinking in getting one of those. The color is wow.
great video bro. that's a lot of work for just a pickguard. made me think twice abt replacing mine
Bravo👏👏👏

Good video. It looks worse with the new pick guard, though

Thank you! The band on the tshirt is Ropeburn (you can find them on Spotify) they're a local band, heavy and melodic riffs.
