You really didn't go into details for ssi about owning property for business
You didn’t mention how much you can still keep rental income without ssi can reduce you ssi/ ssdi/ or ss ssa?
Thank you
Welcome!
What if you own rental property under an LLC? Will that affect SS disability benefits?
That’s what I’m wondering
Is social security disability the same as long term disability for someone who’s say…25 years old? When I see social security I think of elders.
Social Security is run by the Social Security Administration (think Government-run) where as Long term disability likely is a policy purchased from a private insurance company. Both would be to assist if you become disabled or unable to work.
I get SSI I can't find nothing in Durham NC
No details here. 👎👎👎👎👎👎
i have a question please anyone
i am getting CAPI and i have some money to buy a land not a house later i will build it when i have more money the question is i have sezuire which stope me from working doctor allowed me to work a part time job
so my medicine for a month is minimum &1000
which medical is covering now if i start working thos CAPI will start does the medical will also stops?
I need to know why I got turned down when my mom owns land but has it where if she died then me and my sister would then get it it ?
It's likely that your application for Social Security Disability was denied because your mother's ownership of land doesn't affect your eligibility. The Social Security Administration considers assets owned by the applicant, not by their family members. Additionally, the fact that your mother's land would pass to you and your sister upon her death is irrelevant to your current eligibility for benefits.
My view will be number 667
Can you buy house in cash with your ssdi
I'd check with the SS office or website, but I can't imagine not being able to if you still meet the other guidelines of the program like the income limits and it doesn't significantly change your financial situation.
I can pay you cash if you elaborate more
I think he's not that knowledgeable.
Thank you for your comment! It's always great to hear different perspectives. I believe everyone has something valuable to offer and I'm always open to learning new things.
