Honestly I really appreciate that this isn't a sped up time-lapse, got to learn a lot because its at normal speed, Love your work and videos, keep it up!
Click on the cog symbol below the video (it brings up the settings menu) from there you can change the playback speed of the video

It is sped up, but not so much that you can't follow (he mentions you can change it to lower speed at the start of the vid)

you havve to open the preferences setting, then open the add ons and enable the 'bool tool'
