I agree with the first section about fearing of losing loved ones or your life but the second part is just nonsense. It's pretty much you just giving up. No way in hell you are going to be afraid of losing loved ones and then start developing suicidal thoughts thats not how it works thats how YOU are working that's what YOU are telling yourself. And for anyone else out there stop sitting there hopeless of yourself with suicidal thoughts stand up for yourself and fight your thoughts. Picture this ight so you are a "phone" right you download a whole bunch of random apps and click on a whole bunch of unknown not safe websites. You get yourself a virus and you know why? YOU caused it, being bullied into depression, losing a family member, into depression, that's YOU telling yourself in your head that you are going to become depressed and give up thats not how it works. Your brain tells you what to do and no one other than you is in control of your brain your thoughts keep that in mind people throw dirt on you but you choose to dig yourself a whole instead other than brushing off that dirt realizing your mistakes maybe choosing the wrong people and keep walking stop digging yourself into this depression mindset all it does is make yourself worse - Albert Einstein

I found out last night that a friend of mine died last month. We didn’t share any mutual friends, we just connected via social media. While listening to a Podcast they spoke about his passing, and I was floored. It hurts so much. He was the nicest human being you could find. This music helps me practice my speaking, as embarrassing as it is, when I’m home alone and I’ll have this on in the background and speak aloud like I’m speaking to one of my clients/families. I write this sort of music because it helps guide the tone of my language verbally or written… Powerful, music is.

The bullying doesn’t help either, people treat me like I don’t have feelings, just because I always have a sad and emotionless expression doesn’t mean I can’t feel or get hurt, they always call me weird, crazy, ugly, retarded, they even tell me to shut up. I feel like I don’t have a purpose, I was happy as a kid, I played Minecraft with my cousin, played outside with her too, and we also colored together. But it all came crashing down in second or 3rd grade, i started being mean to the other kids, but I stopped when i had gotten a teacher that helps with kids bad behavior, she showed me how to be nice and understanding, she had showed me the affection that no other person had showed me. I started being more nice, but the kids still hated me, then they started being mean to ME. I told the teachers, they would try to solve the problem and talk to them, but then they gave up, they didn’t help me anymore except for ONE, that one teacher who was ALWAYS there for me, she NEVER gave up on me. She helped me, but what she didn’t know was that it would NEVER stop, and i was right. I didn’t tell her my problems anymore, i stared fighting for MYSELF, i started defending myself, that didn’t work either, nothing did, all my friends were gone, they left me. Even worse this girl lied to me and turned everyone against me THIS year. It’s 2020 now, idk if anyone read this or is reading this, but my name is Sophia Nuñez, Birthday is May 23, 2008. I’m 11 years old in 6rd, I know theres no hope for me, I’m not sure how long i can take this, this is my will or just a note, I might sound like I’m overreacting or lying....But if i was, I wouldn’t have taken such a long time writing this. I just want to say that even If i loose hope, i want you to know that if you are living a good happy life with a loving family and friends.... I am really happy for you, if you’re not then.... This note is not for you can loose hope like me, It’s for you can do the opposite, my note isn’t for you can do, it’s for what you should know. @@juntunez_sketchez2198 don't think about meeting people's expectations..I faced this myself. But then I focus on improving myself each day. You should keep building yourself step by step. Try meditation 10-15 minutes a day. Read books if you like..draw,sketch,sports..anything which distracts you from the misery. It really works
Collab Bros Well i do like to draw and sing songs....Those are two things that distract me. The songs I mostly sing are songs I can relate too. And I try to be myself but It’s just sad to know theres people who hate me.
