I was able to get the TA1 MDF+ Prototype that went up in the bargain bin and honestly LOVE the sound I get with it compared to my TA1 F+. Love both and definitely think they are far more efficient than the standard line

I'm using the FAB 5 and love it. How does the Custom reserve compare?

You could probably play on a tiny tin funnel and make it sound great! I think it sounds like you nailed it in getting the design just right.

I could listen to that mouthpiece all night. So mellow and round. It is just what a flugelhorn should sound like. Too many people play it like a trumpet and don't get it that a flugelhorn is a different kind of horn. The mouthpiece is top. Do you have a shank for a Couesnon? I am using a Bach 1 ¼ but the shank doesn't fit. If your mouthpiece makes my flugelhorn, it would be awesome.

I'll double check but our small shank should fit Couesnons. I'll go try one and reply in a few.

our small shank on these custom reserves fit the two Couesnons we have in the shop perfectly.
