    Where I here it first is how it connects the notes more seamlessly on the runs. Much cleaner entrance and exits to the notes when more staccato in nature. Does not seem to give up the upper overtones but the lower ones are fuller…
    Sometimes you seem to go dull to me on some of the jazz stuff but the Custom Reserve maintains a trumpet richness and touch of bite while giving that smooth sound without going dull to dead!
    Very nice! Great work!

      Possibly...Maybe... Perhaps..... but he's trying to stay modest I play with those types that CAN BLAST THE ROOFTOPS!!!...Meekness is POWER with restraint...sounds GOOD!!!

    Hi! based on the video, I think the rim is the same as the 3c. Is there a wide-rim version? Something similar to a 10-1/2 CW rim? Do you have any wide-rim options?

    I have been using the MV3C and have finely adjusted to the differences from the Bach 3C. I love the darker richer sound. How does the MV3C compare with the Reserve 3+? I was just getting ready to order another MV3C for my Pocket trumpet.

      The closest to the MV3C is the 2+. You'll want to check out the audio file on this link. If you just have acclimated to the larger MV3C it might be advisable to stay with that for a while before jumping to the custom reserve. www.austincustombrass.biz/acb-custom-reserve-trumpet-mouthpieces-the-next-generation/

    Which one in Custom reserve series has the deepest cup?

      Why?

    • @shawnyoung9726
      @shawnyoung9726 2 года назад

      @@austincustom because I tend to play mouthpieces with deeper cups.
      TBH some of the descriptions aren't exceptionally useful for people who want to purchase.
      E.G. "ACB CR L3+ (Designed for Shop Manager Kyle Lambert this piece is completely new for this line only!) "
      I mean, c'mon man. That's great you designed him a mouthpiece but it doesn't tell anything much about it.
