The plane isn't study level in MFS2020 so it doesn't change anything but in reality the fuel pump should be on until the plane T/O. It also needs to be on when landing. Other than that it can be turned off :)
Correct, but this is just for beginners to quickly get a plane starting, if they really want to learn it like a study level plane there are tutorials for it out there.
I've started having issues where I can't seem to start any aircraft. Even if I depart directly from a runway, my engine stalls after about 2-3 seconds after it loads me onto the runway. I have tried to search the net for info on this problem, but doesn't look like anybody is having it. The only mod/addon I have is a liveries pack. I'm going to remove that and restart to see if it helps.

I'm having issues with the F18 doing barrel rolls on landing approach with co-piolt engaged. I lose speed and altitude and crash land
