Love mine. It's ideal when you need to pack a simple, light layer to keep you warm in spring and autumn. I've used it in winter a bit too as an extra layer between a fleece and shell. The cut is great for trekking and scrambling, and it's surprisingly warm for the low bulk. Indeed, it's often too warm

I'd say you could fit it into a pint glass. If that helps to give an idea of it! It's been a while since I tested this but I don't believe it packs into its own pocket. It also doesn't come with a stuff sack. Will
