Kas Kas/Asalato/Kashaka #1 - Intro, Hand and Instrument positioning

So my first time posting on RUclips. But I've been exploring the infinite world of these incredible instruments/toys from West Africa for about 8 years now. I learned initially in Ghana in 2010 and hit a massive block in my progression with them as I could never find teachers, videos, tutorials at the time when I returned to Australia.
I travelled to Japan in 2015 and found a nice small community of players there who were very advanced and re ignited my fire with the instrument and showed me some great rhythms etc.
So I am posting to hopefully help anyone who has just picked these up and wondering what the hell to do with them.
I will share only my experience with how I learn them which is different obviously for everyone, hopefully it helps you!
