I know it probably takes you a lot longer, but these added videos during discussion makes a significant impact on the overall podcast. Love the addition!
I can't upload immediately which will take some planning but I'm really happy with the work my editor is doing. I agree I think it adds a new quality to the podcast.
When fouad is solo he’s way more chill and it’s a different style of pod that’s awesome !! Sorry fouad if you don’t enjoy it as much but please do it more 😅
Hey Fouad, just finished watching and I think the last bit about why you're not making a comeback was a brilliant demonstration of a level of maturity some people do not reach and end up ruining their health. Great Q&A, love the amazing work you're doing for the community. Cheers from Portugal! ✌
Thank you for all of the content, HOSS.. now if you can manage it would like to order up 1 bro chat, 1 bodybuilding and bollocks, and 1 solo q&a weekly from now until.....well forever! Thanks again, brother. Truly the only content out there i repeatedly watch without fail.. appreciate all you do!
If you close your eyes greek yogurt is essentially sour cream. Force yourself to eat it for a week and you'll never know the difference. I've started using greek yogurt for so many things now and it's such a healthy replacement for sour cream plus added protein. Game changer in my opinion.
Fouad,I first found mikes channel,he mentioned bro chat, then started watching,I really enjoy the show, info, entertainment and so on. I'm a fan, enjoying all your other podcast's as well, keep up the good work,it actually makes my week to see your content,so thanks for all you do,love and respect to the whole crew.
I love the way you were brought up. Stay bro. It's super entertaining. When women guests come on...its weird. But you separately interviewing a woman or you and one other in a different series would be AWESOME.
What I’ve been doing is just tracking the amount of sets to failure I’m doing per body part and prioritizing weak points. Biceps get the most work (16 sets) and rear delts get the least (6 sets) I’ll throw a few sets onto any workout when feeling recovered enough really
Hey Foaud, Would it be possible for you to touch on the topic of eating disorders on the next pod - specifically how rife the likes of bulimia are in bodybuilding circles? Appreciate any content 🙌
I started this year with training again after a few worse years of my life. Started with 25% body fat and a weight of 102kg / 225 lbs. I started with test and deca 😂 and did a good bulk with 5-6000 calories a day. I gained so much weight 😂 my weight was 24 april already 119-120kg / 264 lbs. I gained more and more and I was 126kg / 277 lbs before my operation (ablation for my heart). After that I wanted more mass, so I start eating again and I could not eat anymore. So it was time to stop the bulk at 126kg / 277 lbs. Now I’m cutting with test and mastering and a little bit of deca and I’m 14kg / 30 lbs less in 1.5 month. 20 minutes cardio at night after my last dinner. Now it’s time to get dry, I’m now on 22% fat I think and I’m 113kg. So I have less fat and more muscle now, the bulk and the cycle got me 13kg /30lbs on muscle…. Now I will go to 100kg / 220lbs or 14-15% body fat. I don’t like the real dry look, So January 2025 I will make a year progress photo and see what I gained in 9 months of training and gaining (3months no training for recovery ablation) Set goals with training and hold on to that, it will get you the body you want! February 2025 I will go on a lean bulk, with carnivore and fruits
Nah. I don't think it's even close... I don't think keones back is good enough... And there other ppl with more size with similar or better proportions
This is crazy. I was just thinking of this and The way to go about it because I've heard it from different people. 32 seconds in and hopefully I'll learn something but I do remember you saying that you have to get big first which I kind of done already.
I tell ppl all the time. If your new to weight lifting.. u can make good gains for a while maingaining... But after that. If you wanto put on good size faster... Bulking is the way to go. Imo mainganing is a slower not as effective process
To the question about having one kidney, maybe talk to Kurt Havens, he’s working on his PhD basically in steroid research and he’s a coach with one kidney. He’s on RUclips and IG
6:42 you should use a different phrase than “active ROM”. This has a real scientific meaning that is very different than what you’re saying. What you’re referring to is the tension/leverage of the muscle in different parts of the ROM. Which is actually completely scientificly accurate.
@smackmac11 I've gone from 135 to 220 in 2 years, could have been better I had 9 appetite, and I took a few breaks but I never got above 20% bodyfat while I bulked since it's so hard for me to stay consistent with eating. At 185 I hoped on roids because I went on the night shift and I knew my testosterone would tank and I also knew I am only young and resilient once. I think it's dumb that pros encourage people to spend 5 years reaching their natty peak before hoping on, because if you are passionate about going pro you have a limited career. Once I hit 190 I took a break year half a year or so because the night shift was draining my soul, quit that job got a new one. And went from 190 to 205 in 3 months. Hired taeian, and went from 200 to 225 in 2 months, could have been better but it took me those two months to get used to eating and making a strict schedule. Hard bulking for taeian is 2000-3000 calories. We focus on whole foods rich in nutrients so all the weight goes into the muscle and not as fat. And even with that dramatic increase my bodyfat still hasn't gotten above 20%, I actually lost my dad bod I got from dirty bulking up to 205.
@@FouadAbiad as you said on your video, well explained. I wouldn't pause my squats like Erick Janicki. It works for him, it works for me, but I don't prefer doing it myself. Sometimes I do, but whenever I do it I make sure that what's keeping the tension are the muscles not the joints. I'm sure y'all know how for example Cbum or Wesley's training has evolved overtime as they began incorporating science based training. Like what you said, whatever works for each individual. Appreciate you sharing your knowledge and experiences. 💪Please do this Q & A often. Learning.

It's wild seeing these old training clips. After years of seeing you shoulders-up on the podcast I forgot how massive you were.
Thanx bro, first time i heard Active Range of Motion, i have always done Full Range of Motion, but your explanation makes alot of sense bro.

Great Podcast…..you need a “Fouad, One and Done” once a month……great advise and very personal.
This kind of content is gold for me!
Keep these coming! They’re awesome👌🏻👊🏻
That hoody you have on is a classic and it’s my favorite hoodie I own. It’s pretty much my safety blanket tbh lol it’s big and covers me up

I’m inclined to say Keone has the best physique in bodybuilding currently across the board.
Nah. I don't think it's even close... I don't think keones back is good enough... And there other ppl with more size with similar or better proportions
I act think keones was better and more impressive looking when he was smaller.. and had a smaller waist
Even guys like martin Fitzwater. Would beat keones easily.. let alone someone like Samson Andrew etc.. they would dwarf him
That's what I do with my taco salads or bowls. I use plain greek yogurt as like a sour cream replacement
Still should think a comeback for Toronto around 230 would be a good send off fouad, not about how you look, just be present and enjoy the ride
That would be a lot of fun. Especially in front of a home town crowd.
@ it’d arguably be the biggest story of the year … 👀
1:52 Pookie Paul with hair?!

Q&A Fouad! Throwback
36:20 thought that was big Rami
I think Gaintaining is a more appropriate term than Maingaining.
Not really maingaining.. isn't optimal to gaining size
Pause squats are supposed to be parallel at a 90°angle so you don't rest at ass to grass
Im loving the constant content Fouad love this shit keep it up good sir🫡
Team Hosstile pet grooming!💪🏻
Switch the rice for potatoes with ground beef and non fat Greek yogurt and that’s the shit right there
Final form would be timestamps... especially for Q&As... 🙏🏾🙏🏾

Fouad your thoughts on L Carnitine. Thanks

Awesome
1440p ARE YOU KIDDING ME????
Did maingaining for 2 years, only put on slabs of meat when I bulked HARD following Taeian Clarks advice and methods.
What does “bulk hard” mean? What body fat percentage were you while “ Maingaining” and what body fat percentage were you while bulking hard?
Natty or enhanced?
@smackmac11 I've gone from 135 to 220 in 2 years, could have been better I had 9 appetite, and I took a few breaks but I never got above 20% bodyfat while I bulked since it's so hard for me to stay consistent with eating. No more than 15% body fat!
This must be for enhanced guys.
No this is for all men. If you're over 15% bf, you're carrying too much body fat.
@FouadAbiad It would be much harder and would take much longer for a natural lifter to break through plateaus under 15%.
@ not really. 15% body fat for man is actually not low.
Maintaining is a waste of time always bulk if you wanna grow
