Bought a 2004 EZ-GO for the family in 2008 when my daughters were very young and just sold it now that they've grown up and moved on to cars and college. One of the best investments. They were turned loose to drive it at 10 and 8 and they learned a lot about life having that freedom. Put the lift and big tires on it as well and also bought a cheap musical air horn from Harbor Freight and the kids loved it. Great memories. Just went back and found the pic's from the day I brought it home and just after the lift kit/tire install with the girls sitting on it. So much nostalgia. What Dad's won't do for their families. Love it, Kyle! You are doing it right. Wish I had started a RUclips channel when my kids were young. You are going to cherish these when they get to be young adults and again when you can show these to your grandkids.
Thanks for sharing the great story! Having these videos with the girls will be priceless as time goes on. Theyre already loving the golf cart. Teaching the older one how to drive it now.
Great video! I did the exact same thing to a Club Car years ago. Something you should consider is adding front disc brakes. With all the extra weight from the lift kit, tires, and rear passengers, it made a world of difference (added safety). Keep up the videos!
Love the baby talk to the excavator and "another coat of wax" and "drove this into town last week...only took 6 hours. It was worth it"....A man and his MACHINE is a beautiful thing...Getting all teary eyed...
Hey Kyle 👋 my friend was at a campground, and they all gave their golf carts lifts atv tires. Custom roof racks and paint jobs slash decals. You can have some fun with it. Great video cheers 🍻
Great video. Nice toy. It’ll pay for itself with the back and forth between the house and the shop. Best part is having the equipment to make the necessary repairs and upgrades. Enjoy!
Nice little set up. Looks like the girls are enjoying it. Your OCD shows with the fine work you do. I'm much the same. Keep up the great and funny videos.
Your videos are always usually great. 🤪 The girls and dog just make them better. This was fun to watch. Thanks. I appreciate the time and effort you put into it
Good video. Golf carts. Talk about another rabbit hole. Just did a similar project for the wife with an older EZGO. Our batteries still have a little life but will probably need to be replaced this winter. Had not considered the lithium ion batteries, but I'll check out big battery. Thanks for the link.
Great job! New to your channel. If you are going to lift your cart, stay 4" or less. I put a 6" on my Yamaha with 23x10x14 tires and it's too tall and tippy. It will be even worse when I switch to lithium and the cart loses 250lbs. I'm going to modify my lift down to 4" by moving my spindles up 2" and shortening the rear shock mounts. Anyway, great video.
What fun project! Great job. We still enjoy our Club Car that was my grandparents transportation to get the mail at the end of their long driveway once they could no longer drive a car.
Nice! This brought me to an idea, but in Germany these things are worth their weight in gold, even used - the cheapest one I found on a hasty search was 3k, that's real car money, not fun-cart money. Nice to see it's finally being summer ;)
The workshop is looking mint these days guys! Very functional and has loads of room to work in now! Not sure about leaving the Key stone girl hanging for a high 5 there though!
Super video as always Kyle! I gotta say that intro was the best yet! Absolutely hilarious! And the “towing strap up to 53,000 lbs” and “drove the bobcat to town” I was howling!
I have a nephew who is a fireman in Fl refurbishes / flips golf cart. He and his retired mechanic dad will enjoy this video. Think you’ll pick up some new viewers. My wife and I are moving to Pinehurst Village NC and we’ll be looking for a golf cart. We’re not golfers but the village allows street ready golf carts. Drinking to restaurants, pubs etc easy! Keep up the good work. BTW - I assume your battery upgrade would work for a battery powered pontoon boat?
Kyle, cool build! Don't forget to add some pom-poms to the roof !! The girls would love it! Oh yeah,... n' a six pack cooler strapped to the floor!!😂 Oops, sorry!.... forgot you gave up Keystone?😮

As a fellow OCD’er. Putting the charger where it is, was-is going to get full of mud and muck. A box with reverse ventilation will serve you well. How much food does that dog eat? He just keeps getting more adorable! The girls are growing fast.
@plumbbuild6517 im still getting the data. I will include that in the install video on wednesday though. So far weve been getting about 5-6 days of use before charging.
Kyle, wondering bout the log splitter build. Any thoughts on completion BEFORE the snow flakes fly. (Prolly not, you got too many projects already goin on!) Love what you're doin for content!
Welcome to the cart world. Don’t do the spindle lift. They are cheaper but don’t ride as nice as the a arm lifts. There are some fun things you can do to a cart. They are great especially for a property the size of yours
This cart needs a rumble seat. The girls were riding turned around so they could see forward. Turn that rear seat around to face forward. Would also be safer for the girls to not get thrown out at the end of the quarter miles run!
So obviously Greg Biffle owned it, (research that reference) which is why it is cobbled together. You made a nice ride for the girls, you will never see it in the garage again, or the girls. Yeha!
