Need to lower those prices to compete. If I were doing this, I'd only sell the tubes (no clocks) and sell them cheaper. There are countless clock kits out there that are cheaper, so no point in that. What has a massive gain however, is just making new tubes. These ZIN tubes have a different socket than the IN-18. Why? Make the sockets compatible and then more people will buy them.
I'm building a nixie clock and I'm still going to go with old russian tubes. By making the socket compatible and lowering the price a bit, I'm sure there will be more customers.

    • @millclockbrand2341

      Hello,
      Thank you for your notice.
For now we made the socket for Zin18 and it will be like IN-18, so it is already on pre-assemble.
      2) Yes, the price will be lower, but not so low, cos we provide warranty on tubes, and the sellers of old IN-18 doesn’t provide any warranty

Who came up with the process first, Millclock or Dalibor? Who taught Dalibor how to manufacture Nixies? Why can’t other rare gases be used other than neon to get different color glows ? As far as the clocks and tube longevity, night mode is a partial savings but if you have a PIR sensor with a timed on duration, the tubes would only be lit when in the same room as the clock. So when at work or away on vacation and at night, the tubes are asleep. This would potentially extend tube life to 100 years or more ?!
