It is great to see Cross-RC developing some new upgrade parts! Plus, something tells me that you will have another exciting new product announcement soon...
Man cross RC has some awesome products I've been wanting to pull the trigger on several of there military vehicles. But again today I saw a complaint about virtually a non existent customer service. Do you know if there's on going issues with customer service not being accessable and a poor attitude when you do get a hold of them. I just hate the thought of not being able to get help if any issues arise. It's been pretty consistent on line the complaints. 🙏✝️☮️
Please keep in mind while I answer this we are a HobbyTown USA first, with Cross RC being the owners idea and side business. Emails are usually fielded by the owner first. Warranty emails are forwarded to one of the part time employees, with me handling parts request and order questions. If there is ever anything that we can do to answer questions or help out with an order, please call us. I'm not there all the time and the owner works from home, but we will try. Learning to run an online retail shop has been a fun challenge. Is the site perfect? No. Are we experts on every aspect of every model? No. We do our best. In the end, I hope that's enough.
@@Xoarkitty thanks so much I thought Cross RC was a big corporation like a Traxxas or Axiel, well Your products are beautiful. But being in retail management for 41 years customer service can make you or break you. believe me when I say poor customer service will eventually catch up with any company. Especially now with social media dominating The way we communicate. Hope your able to get the kinks worked out.

You can call it exciting. I'm not sure how I feel about it.
