This truck has some nice features that will hopefully start appearing on future Cross-RC products as well. I love the fact that this body has hidden body mounts rather than posts and R-clips. That is a great step forward with a polycarbonate body and the one thing I don't like about my AT4V. It would be nice to start getting quick release connectors for the lighting wires (I have seen some cool magnetic ones). Strangely this model sometimes seems to be referred to as the Rhino and has stickers on the doors. But then the DC8 is also known as the Rhino so I'm not sure why the use of that name for different products. Also, I have seen it with EMO X on the front grille but the one you show doesn't have this. I really hope that Cross-RC doesn't run into licensing issues like several other manufacturers have recently.
It does have some questionable features that could cause licensing issues, so we've already put in to have them removed. Did you notice this one has the rhino, with a four leaf clover? We're still not sure what that means. The EMO X logo is included, but requires the end user to install.
@@Xoarkitty I think that a blue rhino symbolises protection in Chinese feng shui. I wait with interest to see if your table is big enough for the T-Rex...
What's more noticeable are the 2.2 tires, bigger axles, link eyelets, motor. The body is only a little bigger than a typical crawler, but certainly not the same scale.
Sorry this took a few days, we had to run this and a TRX to compare them. Best guess low gear, 4 to 5mph. High gear, 10 maybe. In high gear it's slower than the TRX, but it can also drive over said TRX.
Great Vídeo Review of a very naice RC! Loved and Subscribed!
Tires look great

@@Xoarkitty A four leaf clover usually symbolises good luck in Britain and Ireland.
@@BlackSeaRC Same here. Just don't know why it's on a rhino?

Great video very nice truck. What about spare parts availability? Thanks
Thanks. As for spare parts, we're already putting together a list of parts. Keep an eye on the sight, though it could take several months.
@@Xoarkitty Thank you so much for the information.
So it's sized like the redcat gen8/scx10.3 bronco/element bushido?
