I pray for his future students. Good news is that there are books written by judges that fill the holes of his knowledge and corrects him

I thought American Juris Prudence was the Judges guide, for the most part.

This guy's agenda is definitely not as presented. 'Trust the machines' 'humans- they'. Lemme guess, him and Klaus Schwab are good friends. I hope this guy crawls back underground soon.

This guy's on damage control duty. The modern dissemination of TRUTH must be appropriately handled according to the gatekeepers. Smh

‘Roman law didnt infiltrate England English Nationalist claim later on’ the Authority that we study today Blackstone DOES in fact claim that Roman law had influence in England BECAUSE many of the clergy (clerks) were in the courts and also a reason there were common law lawyers and Civilians (Civil lawyers educated in Roman Law). This guy is needs to study the history again or at least re write his lecture…

Do you really mean there was no Roman Law influence on English law? If so you are wrong. The principles of English Family Law and Succession were developed by the clergy who infused aspects of Roman law into that branch of law. Even certain division in English law such as the distinction between property law and the law of obligations are Roman law categories, including some categorisation with property law itself in concepts like ownership/possession distinction.

@@gugulethudube2249 Please re-read my comment. I think you are misinterpreting my comment so you can make an argument and exercise your knowledge to feel the satisfaction of being right. I am arguing FOR the infiltration of Roman law and citing Blackstone’s Commentaries on the Laws of England. I am disproving the claim by the Lecturer that England was NOT infiltrated.
