You can shrewd the zucchini let it drip all the juice in a colander. Put two full cups in freezing bags. Find a good recipe for zucchini’s bread on RUclips!! I love to add chopped pecans & 1 cup of Choco-chips to it!! It’s delicious!! Enjoy it!! Much love ❤️ from Kentucky!! I love your garden!! Simply amazing!! 🙌🏻🦋🙏🏻

I make zucchini sticks, fritters, bread, sauted, ratatouille as well as dehydrated and blended into a powder to be added to soups, stews and gravies. That is just a few. Can you tell, I love zucchini. ❤❤❤
Love it!! What do you do with your frozen zucchini besides zucchini bread? I'm wondering what the consistency would be like and if it can be used for anything else. .
love your garden and i enjoyed your harvest. if you ever have turnip, try turnip pickles add few slices of beets. It gives color and flavor as well. This is how we pickle turnip in the middle east (Lebanon, Syria, and Palestine)
"Thank you for sharing! I really like the strategic collection in your garden. I will try adding radishes to pickles like you suggested. The idea of salting radishes the Middle Eastern turmeric way is very interesting! " "Can you share more about how this improved salt?"
Enjoyed this video. What variety of cabbage do u grow, I have only tried jersey Wakefield and red empress, but I’m not getting huge heads….. would love to know the varieties u grow.🙂

My family and I are vegetarian so we are growing what we can in our small backyard garden. QUESTION: How often do you fertilize your cabbage and zucchini and what do you use for each, if different? I have had zero luck growing zucchini and this year pests are eating the brassicas. Do you use BT or other products tp deter pests, or no?
I love that you are growing what you can in your backyard!! I use Trifecta Plus (from MIgardener) when I transplant the cabbage seedlings. Other than that we grow in compost rich soil and when we fertilize we use fish emulsion. It is recommended to use fish emulsion every two weeks but we do it whenever we can...sometimes only twice during the whole growing season. I don't use BT or any other product to deter pests. We cover our brassicas with insect netting, and we are currently dealing with june bugs, squash bugs, asparagus beetles and different kinds of caterpillars. I try to keep their population at bay by getting rid of them manually.
Thank you! We grow in compost rich soil. I also start them early in the spring when it's still too cold for other plants. It really likes the cooler weather.

Hi Diana! Welcome and thank you for stopping by all the way from Indonesia.
Zucchini fritters and Zucchini bread is good! You can also do a fitata but I haven't done that one yet! It looked good though.
Great ideas! I need to try a frittata, sounds so good.

Did you find out the rust on cabbage?
No, I don't know what it was, but it was only on the outer leaves so once I removed those it was perfect!
Does he really thonk you do know how to use those clippers?
How did you keep slugsaway from cabbage??!!!@
We did have a few slugs. But I didn't do anything to keep them away.
Don't you get vine borers on your zuchini
No, thankfully we've never dealt with vine borers. We do get squash bugs and a couple of days ago I spotted the first few.
