So for practice just start making project as much as you can whatever comes in your mind just edit observe others videos and try to replicate the effects you liked. And before pitching client you should have atleast some videos edited and ask him what kind of video he want to edit. Aur bro ye roadmap comment me batana toda muskil h.😅

Premiere pro will be more easier, but it's paid. That's why I started with Davinchi Resolve. Although I end up installing Premiere Pro and After Effects as well. And software doesn't matter to me choose anyone you like. It could be filmora.
For me it doesn't matter kyuki me same type of video kisi bhi software me edit kar sakta hu even phone par bhi. But as a begginner if you want to put your hands on any professional software it should be premiere pro.

That's very long question 😅 But anyway, 1_ In starting days i use to do on online website which didn't work so I found some clients through LinkedIn and i also did paid internships from internshala, then gradually i got into contact with many agencies who look for video editor and after this showreel i have tons of individual clients. 2_ usually everyday. 4_ Obviously online
If you want to learn video editing than the only way is start editing videos and whenever you stuck somewhere, search that thing on youtube and you will improve automatically.
Editor here ...just watched one time but ek chiz notice kari & suggestion de raha hoo ki ...jab aapne hyperlapse me cut mara waha jo dono building hai wo ek level pe aayegi tab wo transition smooth lagega ... For example jo pehli building ka shot jaha khatam hota hai us building ki height ko mark karke(with guides) Doosre shot ki building ki wo set kiye gaye mark tak scale kar sakte ho .....that will look more flow less 🙂 ... You can try by just changing in your timeline .....weise ye chiz notice nahi karega koi ...but kya kare as a editor notice ho jata hai 🙂 but overall badhiya hai ...music achha choose kiya hai ...

First part is unneccesary so is the corny “now im going off *puts in 2x*” especially because when you actually went off it was nothing crazy. 15 year olds with capcut on their phones edit better nowadays.
I admit that myself that it’s too simple and not some high level editing, but it’s 1 year old and my skills have improved a lot as you can see in my recent videos.🙂
