Just a tip for when your blowing stuff up that's rectangular, run away tangential to the target. When something like a washing machine explodes, the explosion takes the path of least resistance which is the panels on the sides that blow out perpendicular. The same applies to cars, the car doors blow out to the sides.
Dry humor and blowing shit up. Always good for a "like". Though, get some delay fuse or make a little ematch remote. As you get past flash and into the higher supersonic speeds of detonation, you don't want to be running for it and hoping the fuse speed is the same as the last one. Digging pieces of glass out of your back sucks. Ask me how I know.
@@SomethingAbtScience I think a well done "how to" video would be a great addition to the channel. A disposable camera flash board and capacitor with a AA battery would be plenty to set off some nichrome or even copper wire encased in a chlorate match compound. A simple timer would make it far safer. Set it, walk to a barricade and watch in safety. Though, it will also get you on "the list".
IMHO throwing a brick into a running "doorless" washing machine/tumble dryer is funny as shit. Just blow up some pests like pigeons. Or at the very least, blow up the tumble dryer after throwing in the brick :).
I hope you used some kind of regular 70/30 flash powder and not some organic peroxide primary explosive as those are very sensitive, I’m asking because I did not see a lot of smoke from that grass explosion and organic peroxide explosives are very very dangerous and sensitive and shouldn’t be made also mortar fuse is very fast and that 4 inch length will burn very fast, you usually use American visco cannon fuse for large salutes like these as it burns 4 seconds an inch, also that is not called a mortar, that’s called a firework shell, a mortar is the tube you fire the shell out of also when blowing up something, if you really have to you should always wear safety glasses

Bro has comment of the year there. @Explosions&Ire - *HIRE THIS YOUNG BUCK!*
You're starting to become my favorite science RUclipsr.

Omg😂 I've always been too scared to detonate it remotely, but an ematch fuse or a delay fuse isn't a bad idea. I have never heard of it till now.

Kaboom? Yes Rico, Kaboom.
The first one was surprisingly powerful, I didn't imagine a regular store-bought angry cylinder could do that
Oh yes, I remember myself doing really similar stuff years ago. Was fun as hell
Waiting for a tumble dryer version...

loving the time lapse haha
Dude, I literally love you. Thanks for this
Hi from the UK. Awesome content. Thanks for sharing.
Wow! What a video!!!
Very cool video, also I need the recipe for that homemade bomb!
A beatiful video man keep it up . Btw what kind of materials did you use to make that explosive ?
Yo pause
>Btw what kind of materials did you use to make that explosive ?
Yea exactly
is that just flash powder? Because I wouldn't doubt that you added in something extra.
How much flash powder was in that firecracker?
Flash powder? if so, ima need the recipe
How do you make the bomb?
is this flash powder?
Yep
@@SomethingAbtScience wow amazing bro thx for your answer, what is the ratio used ?

Yeah, I messed up my terminology there. I used an ammonium perchlorate-based flash powder.
damn
You should teach me how to make bombs that would be kind of funny
Wouldn't that be goofy haha funny
@@SomethingAbtScience I wont blow things up if you teach me I swear
@@WeB0NiZeD You won't blow "things" up, sure.
