trust me you don't want the factory fridge that some companies buy them with. that looks like a New Cascadia, you've got about 46-48 inches of vertical room on the plastic platform for a fridge, i suggest getting one with a freezer and using all of that space (note: taller fridges might not fit the straps but the plastic base comes off and you can hook a longer light duty ratchet strap with hooks or tying the ends of cambuckle straps through the metal holes under the plastic base.) sweet setup, i'm getting back into it very soon and checking out what others do to stay comfortable over the road.
i collect the acrylic fridge magnets, stick them on my dorm fridge. they are shaped like the actual state itself so when i come off the road i will have an actual map of magnets. its a better system than anythign else in my opinion.

You should take your phone holder from your direct line of sight, you want to see everything. I'm happy for you tho, I wish more young people would get out there and drive.

Between that and working at Amazon took a toll on my body so I quit Amazon today. I'm actually a licensed nail tech, Notary, and I make tshirts, tumblers, mousepads, ect. I think I'm going to stick to my gifts and rebuild my businesses.

Is it more typical to get your CDL first then look for a job or get a job first then work on the CDL. Keep up the good work !
Some companies will pay for you to get your CDL but that would also require you to work for them for a certain period of time to pay them back or you could go straight to a trucking school to get your CDL and then you would have more options after your finished. In my opinion both are equally beneficial. I’d say go with what sounds more comfortable for you.
I buy meal prep meals and stick them in my fridge and I buy bag of boiled eggs and fruit . I only cheat and eat unhealthy when I see Popeyes lol . Good luck staying healthy

@@artbyleahs I’m telling you go meal prep . It so much healthier and portioned out in correct calories so you don’t get big. They even cost less than expensive ass truck stop food that’s bad for you . I’m lucky and go home every weekend so I hit up this meal prep company in boca raton , Fl and stock up for my week . I also do one upper body workout and one lower body workout a week. It’s better than nothing . Buy some workout bands too with 20lbs dumbbells for the road and you’ll be ok. Not the best but ok is better than doing bad physically u feel me.
Being alone is peaceful for me but I recommend people who are indecisive about it getting lonely to try regional so that you could have that alone time but you’d also get home weekly to see your loved ones as well. It’s a good balance if you ask me.

I would say to get your cdl on your own if you have the money, then you don't have to be a slave to any company. You can leave whenever you want.
