He was the best player on the team last year in my opinion. He can tackle, hit, cover and has a high football iq. Dude should make all pro this year with mccdonald.
I'd love to see him on the outside. People forget he was one of the if not the best man-corner coming out of college per PFF (92 grade). He played over 90% of his snaps as an "island corner" shutting people down. We get Coby Bryant and Jerrick Reed back + still have Tre Brown. I'd rather have them on the inside and take away opponents primary targets with Spoon and Riq.
He was elite even when missing training camp with an injury… on a defensive scheme that was easy for offenses to exploit. Macdonald is excited to have him and wouldn’t be surprised if he is a yearly all-pro/pro-bowler
