- Lisa Marie Presley spoke with “Extra’s” Billy Bush about “Elvis” and Austin Butler’s transformation on the red carpet at the Golden Globes 2023. She appeared a bit uneven on the red carpet, even leaning on her friend and Elvis' longtime manager Jerry Schilling for support.

I think she said it all in her essay on grief. I lost my son 18 years ago and she was right, it is a soulcrushing heartrending life-altering experience that you never get over. At only two years in, she was still in raw fresh grief, which some people don’t understand. RIP Lisa Marie.

I know it’s so heartbreaking to see her so frail, but I think it’s even sadder to look at her tired eyes and realise how much she’s seen throughout her life. Even now, when she was so obviously poorly, she was still so determined to appreciate her father’s legacy and attend this event. You may rest now Angel, and may you and Ben be the most beautiful angels looking after your babies and Mom on this earth ❤️

Yes. There is a disease called Broken Heart Syndrome that causes cardiac arrest. I suffered it in 2017 and received CPR immediately. My son died in 2016. You literally can die of a broken heart. Look it up. It's 100% accurate.

I keep watching these clips in disbelief… so terribly sad for Priscilla and Lisa’s daughters. She had such a rough life, at least she is at peace now. I hope she is buried with her father and her son 😓💔🙏🏻 And even though Austin wasn’t part of the family by blood, I’m praying for him as well. I’m sure he is really struggling with this… Those two had a very special bond with him losing his mother and Lisa losing her son. It’s a beautiful thing he was able to give this movie to the Presley family to honor Elvis’s legacy.
Seeing how unwell she was people should not have been bringing up her sad memories about her dad’s BD let alone the passing of her son not long ago. That in itself is too much to bare but her mom(Priscilla ) has gone through more than we can possibly imagine. May she stay healthy for her grandchildren and be strong for them as hard as that is to do. Love you all and may God bless you all 😪❤️

Cardiac arrest
When her son died, that was the end for her. I know this ..when my bro died my mom never recovered. The fact her son died by a tragedy of suicide adds another layer to the grief. She had been struggling a long time with drug addiction , when she lost Benjamin it threw her over the edge. I feel bad for the girls, especially the 14 year old twins.
Their eyes are very sad. All Presley’s . Even when they smile their eyes are very sad.

Prayer for Lisa Marie. When you read her Instagram posts she is very transparent on how her son's suicide devastated her. When you add the crap her ex-husband put her through and her bankruptcy, Lisa has had a very difficult life. Add to the fact that Elvis' family had a history of heart disease and limited longevity, I am very concerned for her.

Many here say, she looks « heavily medicated ». But that’s not always the case. I have felt weak, wobbly, felt like faint, due to side effects of meds for my heart. My point is here, that I get sense when people HERE say she looks « heavily medicated » they’re implying nefarious drugs. But I’m saying, since she’s dead of heart attack…. These visible signs are indeed of CARDIO PROBLEMS ! keep that in mind. It’s not unusual for people to feel and be weak for days , feeling wobbly faint not right before dying of a fatal cardiac event.

My grandpa was this pale days before he died of cardiac arrest. She already developed signs of cardiac arrest about to happen, in this interview. Pale, gray shaded skin already indicates she was not getting enough oxygen, and empty look in her eyes already indicated she was about to die, but it was just matter of time. What you see here are the signs of active dying. She could barely stand on her own. Tragic.

You can tell her life was never the same after her son passed away in 2020. I was looking through her old social media posts and she completely stopped posting after he died saying ‘she has nothing good to share anymore’ until the Elvis film came out late last year. I can’t imagine that pain. I am just happy she lived to be able to see the Elvis film.

I had the wonderful opportunity to meet Lisa after one of her concert's in Sydney, she was so courageous and loved her father so much to still attend the award night at the Golden Globes but I feel she should have been in a hospital but that too is debatable as this was her last final decision before she left this world and for that reason alone nobody can challenge whether or not she should have been there. I on one hand wish she was still with us and she had received the medical attention she needed and yet Lisa chose to support the legacy of her father by appearing at the award ceremony. RIP Lisa
