I knew Lisa Presley and Ben. Ben didn't have a close father figure and mostly remained around females so he had an identity crisis. I noticed he had severe psychological problems and was very disconnected as he didn't understand how to properly interact with other males as he grew up in an all-female family which made him feel like an outcast. Ben said he hated being a Presley.
Ben would probably be alive today if he were allowed to spend time with his father Danny. Also, if Ben were still alive then so would Lisa.

Elvis was an ordinary southern boy, child of the Great Depression. Personally charming and quite good looking. A modest guy, too. Gifted musically and made that the focus of his life. But that’s it. Right now, today, there are ordinary southern men with all of that living quietly and working for a living. I really believe that if you gave $100 million dollars and endless celebrity to any of them there who’d be more than a fifty fifty chance that they would destroy themselves….and their families within a few decades because money and celebrity are poison at that kind of dose.

Our children come with their own gifts, their own abilities or talents. They have to pursue their own passions, and if they don't have any then let them be. I don't believe in curses. Stress and fame...His mother was heartbroken by the loss of Jesse and she seemed to worry about Elvis a lot. They were so much a like...Christians, kind hearted and sad in this life...We are all different.. Lisa and Ben were just like them both. You can actually see their hearts and feel the pain in their lives. I pray that Elvis did that before Lisa Marie did, because if he had been alive and healthy face a call from Priscilla telling him that she was dead. It would’ve killed him right there on the spot. Those two were like super glued together. She was his pride and joy, and he was her pride and joy. She loved him too early in life, but if he is alive, I pray that he died before he had to hear that she died, if he still alive I hope that he’s better than he was and I’m glad that he did what he did because he had to get rid of Tom Park some how and that was probably the only way

Benjamin may have just felt he wanted to be in music, but Lisa Marie let her children decide on their own what they might like to do in life for a living. Look how late in life Lisa Marie started her own music career. I do not believe in curses. Elvis just worked himself to death and had many health issues. If you read Elvis, Destiny TO Die Young, explains why he suffered so many ailments.
The mansion in Calabasas is _full of mold_ ❗ Lisa moved them all out of the mansion , but Benjamin went back to live and Lisa begged him to leave . He did not. Black mold and drugs cause bad health conditions . The two did not help his depression.😢

There are both truths and untruths here. I don't think that Ben felt like he had to live up to Elvis, Lisa or anyone. Ben suffered from depression and a lacked of identity. Scientology didn't help. Ben needed his father and or a strong male figure in his life. I know that it broke Lisa Marie's heart when she lost Ben cause I lost both of my daughters who were only 21 and 22 in a terrible accident. It's a Mother's worst nightmare cause we aren't supposed to outlive our children. Family curses, why would they be cursed. May Elvis and all of his family rest in peace.

Yes, I hope those two young twins choose a different path in life. College would be great for them. But, I would not count on them making that choice.
I don't know how putting a shotgun in your mouth parallels how Elvis died. Both Benjamin and his mother could have lived normal lives they had plenty of money but squandered it away and being in a church that probably took its share as well meant they had to do things to keep the money coming in. It's not a curse they were all blessed they just never learned how to handle fame and fortune it doesn't come with instructions.

The Presley "Curse" was fueled by drug use. Benjamin shot himself in front of his girlfriend at her birthday party. Quite a mean thing to do. Lisa Marie also did many mean things though she said she was very protective of her children (in her mind) but did many things just to piss off her mother Priscilla, like her many marriages without Priscilla's blessing(except maybe her first husband) but Lisa Marie was always making last minute decisions that ended up being very dumb and costing a lot of her inherited money. She probably never told Priscilla about her 7 stomach operations for weight loss and it was the last one, a stomach staple of sorts that caused a strangling of her inner organs that finally killed her cutting off her blood circulation causing her to pass out and die at her Calabasas home. Quite a tragedy for Benjamin and Lisa Marie who if they just stayed off drugs and refuse anything to do with Scientology from the very beginning when Priscilla introduced it to them.
