This person makes really good arrangements, knows how to use SynthV and Vocaloid pretty well, and is cultured as heck. Subscribing was a good choice. This is honestly one of the best Hazbin Hotel covers I’ve ever heard. Instead of trying to mimic the original, you did your own thing and it makes this cover stand out. Also the art is amazing! the cover is amazing but can we talk about the art for a moment? the part at 1:09 where they made her look like shes spinning and 1:39 where theyre dancing look so good
I would pay to have an instrumental version released so that I could attempt a cover! This is incredibly well done! I love how it hits the 'big band' feeling for the chorus but then for the verses and the bridge - you have the "skeleton" of the band. The drums are more pronounced with the brass and bass, and when the chorus hits, it's like a rush of "QUICK QUICK EVERYONE GET INTO POSITION WE HAVE TO LOOK LIKE WE HAVE OUR SHIT TOGETHER!" I love how it's slightly different based on who's voice is singing, too! The toxic codependency being more pronounced in this duet style, and yet it's each individual falling prey to their own vices and addictions. Even though they're two halves of a whole, it's still on the individual for staying in the situation and they KNOW IT! I can't applaud this enough - amazing work!
