Mark Delavan sings Enrico- Lucia duet/ scene" Appressati Lucia"; Lucia Sarah Coburn

Donizetti's Lucia di Lammermoor was performed on September 2, 2021 in New York City at Bryant park. As i said when I posted the baritone aria, Cruda Funesta, it was a thrill to look out over Bryant Park and see 5000 hungry pandemic faces anticipating live music.
This scene is where Enrico (me) has a forged letter from Edgardo saying he no longer loved Lucia. Later in the duet, Enrico tells Lucia that she is to be married to Arturo Bucklaw to save his families' fortune.....and you know the rest. Lucia is played by the lovely and talented Sarah Coburn
