Along with Johnny Quest the Lone Ranger were my favorite cartoons to watch, they didn't look silly or badly drawn to me back than....use to love the animation.
Excelente, los primeros planos, la rigidez de los dibujos, en las líneas, las expresiones, las voces, las acciones, esa rigidez que expresa dureza, gravedad, madurez, muy bueno, lo recuerdo como uno de los dibujos que más me impresionaron.
I loved this as a kid. It's still good stuff today. You can see where they have to put some effort into creativity, pacing and imagination when they haven't got FX to rely on.
+Charles Aguilar I was thinking the same thing about Tiny Tom and the other "regular" villains I seem to remember an episode where an aristocratic Spanish couple try to set themselves up as king and queen out west and Tonto had to stop them Some of the episodes were bizare but well done!
this series was actually my introduction to the character. when i first saw the clayton moore lone ranger tv series of the 50's in repeats i was disappointed because it wasn't like the wild, wild west. where is the midget? where are the other super villains? where are the steam punk elements?
I think this cartoon is more progressive then it's given credit for. I have see an Iron Giant inspiration and some other pop culture references before they were pop culture and in this one a character who is clearly like Spider-Man in his black suit phase.
Love the unique animation for this show, looked unlike anything else from that era. Similar to the opening credits of The Wild Wild West TV series. They also copied TWWW with their steampunk type of tech & villains. And I love that they did so. Funny, they keep referring to the Lone Ranger's disguise as an old veteran. I did not think he looked elderly at all.
Thanks my friend!!! I do not want to abuse your kindness but what said the fly between minutes 3:25 and 3:27? with your help I'm getting understand these beautiful cartoons. Thanks a lot!!!!
+ Keith Brown Sorry I took so long to get back but, I've been watching that episode called "kingdom of terror" about the Spanish couple who establish a kingdom in the woods! That woman is a real "wentch"! C-ya bud!
Charles Aguilar hi Charles can you help me once more? They said to lone ranger that the floor is a booby trapped with mines, alarms and lights...an any more that i can't understand! It's between minute 1:55 and 2:02. Thanks a lot and happy new year!

Filmation didn't produce this. Format Films (in collaboration with Halas & Batchelor, in England) animated the 1966-'67 animated series.

Tiny Tom and all the other bad guys can be found in other episodes.

Back in the mid-late 1800s, he might have been considered elderly because people didn't live as long. Just a thought.
@@MarcelLWalker True, but a streak of white in the LR's hair and/or mustache would have been a nice touch to sell his disguise.
