Fireworks Safety PSA | Starring Daryll

While fireworks can be an enjoyable and exciting part of Independence Day and Pioneer Day, they can also be dangerous, creating personal injury and fire danger. Please adhere to these safety points:
-light them in areas away from weeds and grasses
-find flat ground at least 30 feet away from a structure
-monitor wind conditions and stop if too windy
-supervise children under the age of 16
-extinguish spent fireworks in a bucket of water prior to placing in the garbage can
Remember, by law you can light fireworks from July 2-5 and July 22-25, 11 AM-11 PM (with an extension to midnight on the 4th and 24th).
