What coins are you using? I been fiddling with mine it gets to about half way or just before it then stops(no arm drop). I’ll get it to go fluidly for like two runs then it does it. Never change the coin amount. For the sake of science (I have had done many tests with different coins) i just want to see if i did something wrong
@@youraveragewhiteguy7296 I might know the problem, but your not gonna like it. If you got the same kit I got its one of the first steps. You know that little C shaped piece that is under the base of the coin slot arm thing? That needs to be pulled apart just a little bit to fit that small gear snug into it. If thats not the problem then idk.
The ball does not power the timer. The purpose of the ball is to hit the escapement arm to reverse the track table. You need to find the right number of coins to power the gears. Works like it was designed to every time for me. The A7 pin is easy to miss in assembling it.

I do have one as I speak, and while it did not work out of the box, I messed around and figured how to make it work fluidly.
How? mine just drops all the way down

It works for the first few clicks then it just drops all the way down.
Thats wierd. Ive heard people say it just drops down, but not that it works and then drops.
The ball is really not heavy enough to keep the timer going. Very disappointing after putting this together. I would not waste my money.
Mine works great. Try less coins or maybe more. Could be there's too much or not enough weight to keep it going.
