I like the fact that what they wear shows off the mood boards.
I love them all, but the bull terrier and lynx ones have my hEART
Honestly hooved furries freak me out a little bit. Like are their fingers hard? Like on the adorable lil yack, her fingers are like hooves, you know? Can they bend? Are they hard like hooves? Someone please fill me in, I'm worried about all of the hooved mofos out there and whether they can grab stuff or not. Also they would be a unit in a fist fight so maybe having bone-fingers isn't all that bad.
Usually the ones ive seen only have hooved feet and not hands but thats a good point i guess its more of an aesthetic design choice than something practical?
A lot of times when making hooved characters, the fingers have hard fingernails but can bend normally like human fingers. (A good example are the Tauren from World of Warcraft) Sometimes artists do actually give the characters hard hooves that are split like fingers so they can't bend a lot except at the knuckle joint. So they still have limited mobility and, depending on number of hoof fingers, can still grab and use tools and things. I'm not sure if all of that makes sense but that's how I tend to view hooved characters when I work with them :D
