He can tamper with the evidence and create high drama and not go to jail again. He is a cunning fox and had the ability to play around with the bureaucracy. He will ensure all the evidence is destroyed and this will help Manish sisodiya also to get bail or perhaps declare all of them as innocent. This is a huge setback to ED. They need to bring a stay order and put him back in jail. A thorough investigation needs to be done on what grounds and merits he was given bail. Can this happen to a normal convict getting rotten in jail. Why were the case studies of many previous CMs not considered or taken into cognisance before granting him a bail.
Will all the evidence be tampered and will SC take responsibility if ED fails to provide the evidences?
that's the real purpose of his release.

He will definitely meet and influence witnesses ,and he will go for campaining and definitely speak about the case,just as Sanjay Singh did inspite of being ordered not to speak about the case.Supreme court judges have acted like Kejriwals advocates.
