People really underrate Kinetic Noise. Personally, it's my favorite show of all time.
I used to hate it, as it sounds so much like a concert instead, and didn't get my heart pumping. I mistook it, and focused on powerful and sweeping lines, such as in Tilt or Downside Up. Nowadays, it's grown on me so much. My favorites currently are Kinetic Noise, Downside Up, Tilt, and then Session 44.
0:08 His face when he hears CrownBRASS
i dont blame him.
When you get the director of the corps directly behind you place-wise to admire your sound, you know you're doing something right
That trumpet solo gets me every time
0:58 when the director has no idea of how to react
Beats by Bluecoats lol
2:28 he is so happy XD
It's nice to see their caption head get so pumped with the amazing things this hornline does.
That couple of early notes of anticipation around 4:24 lol
This is my favorite ending of a show ever. The triple f 8th note chop gets me everytime
Not sure I want to know why Willie has an axe at 5:43. Was that to throw at Jeff Prosperie if we didn't get a good score?
+Brian Landers ThatIsAGoodQuestion
+Brian Landers Well if he can dodge an axe...
+ThatWasSexyPit I'm very happy sexy that you didn't make the video quieter than you recorded it at through editing. I'm able to make this video play at over 134 dB in my car and AHHHHHHH THAT HIGH BRASS DOOOEE. If you have a sound system that can recreate this sound into live audio it will blow your mind.
+ROD Psycho I know next to nothing about audio editing in post but I will always push dB of playing to 1 before distortion
If you really want to know its an inside joke with the corps, and telling that joke would ruin the sentimental value.
The instructor in the beginning is too hype 😂😂 awesome
4:17 holy HELL
+tempsentemps Help me, my jaw dropped and i can't find it...
It's awesome to see Willie do his stuff. What a characteristic DM!
Willie conducts not just with his arms and hands, but his *HIPS*
2:29 I wouldn't be surprised if he came back with a dead body LOL
Oh my gosh, this just sweeps you away. Awesome!
they're so organized 🔥
Oh my.... ❤️❤️❤️ 2:58
why that contra always in front when Willie calls hats up and also when they are walking to the stadium
why IS* that
+Teh Snowman I'm not sure, but I'm assuming he could be the hornline captain
One of the oldest vets in the corps. He was one of the hornline captians.
That is Gordon, he's a 6 year ageout this season, and the hornline sergeant. Also tuba section leader.
when you try to listen in during the ballad, and all you hear is BD drums
Blue devils snares at 1:14
That face you make when you that your squad is on point 0:43
I'm sure willie was a great DM on the leadership side of things and I love his energy you see on the videos but his conducting just seems hard to follow.
Jonathan Torrey I think Sam, though amazing at what he does, is worse than Willie was in terms of readable conducting
opienick DMs of today just don't seem to have the conducting skills or DMs of yesterday. I don't get what happened. PR has always had great conductors. 94-97 are my favorite years for them.
Why does willie wear headphones during the opener?
I always thought it was bc of the backround audio in the show
Or its just the tempo of the song
Is the leg kicking thing then they walked to line up a tradition or some superstitious thing?
That's them getting cricks and aches out of their legs
Why does the drum major have headphones for the opener
Galactic Bleachman metronome
Corps director at the beginning doe
