Heck yeah brother that stinks we can catch ya in the next one brother. We had a great day and thanks giving hope you did also. Thanks for comment and support
That's a cool old rig! And that 4WD has to be super rare. Like....how many were made, and how many are still around today, ya know? I say get the radiator in it, get the cooling system sorted out, get the brakes working, maybe get the lights going, and she'll sell for a whole lot more than just running for a minute at a time! Good job, guys! Keep up the great work, and stay cool fellas!
Yeah it def is a neat truck and has some potential for sure. Guess we have to wait and see how she does on market if we end up doing more. Thanks for comment and support. Check out our other content
Cars and trucks used the 6 volt electrical system and batteries until 1954. The changeover from 6 to 12 V negative ground happened in 1955 when bigger engines with higher compression ratios required more electrical power to start.
What challenges have you guys encountered in getting a title for an abandoned vehicle? I enjoy seeing these old trucks brought back to life, but it would be great to hear your experience with abandoned vehicles. Thanks!
That's a interesting take for sure. So more of a top 10 things landon and I have learned experienced while trying to save trucks kinda video. Good idea we will put some thinking into it. Thanks for comment and support
@@JMRRebuilders That engine sounded really good despite being locked up and all of the debris being in the exhaust. The audio sounded really good for the video version. The white long tail smock and white gloves were usually in the thick hard cover service manuals or the older Chilton Manuals.
@ I knew someone who had a 3/4 truck that I think was like a “Camper Special” and I do know that it had the Y Block engine with that same frontward crossover pipe. This guy said that the engine was a severe gas hog. I believe that the transmission was a 4 speed in the floor which may have been like a T-18. Other than that truck, I am not very familiar with the older Ford trucks within this range of years.
Nice looking 64 ford looks good runs great I'd get it but don't have the money keep bringing old automobiles back to life you don't see old trucks like these on the road anymore it's the real deal truck made out of metal but it's alot safer than what they make now keep up the good work
I myself would Hunt for the 65-66 trucks because in the Ford trucks on the 2wds 65 is the first year for the twin i beam and 65-66 V8 is usually the fe352
Hey brother we are thinking 3500 for it. Thanks for comment and support. Check out our other content. If interested email me at jmrrebuilders@gmail.com
