- In today's video we kick off the 2020 haunt season at SCREAM-A-GEDDON, it is the newest Halloween attraction in the Tampa Bay area featuring six horrifying attractions spread over 60 acres. The “Monster Midway” will feature carnival games and a variety of food and beverages, including beer and wine. In accordance with state & local laws and CDC guidelines, SCREAM-A-GEDDON has developed a comprehensive COVID-19 safety plan to ensure customers and staff follow best practices of hygiene and COVID-19 safety at this facility. The team at SCREAM-A-GEDDON did give me full permission to film this event. The snickers part made me laugh so hard i guess the scare-actors were hungry from scareing that must have been so much fun.
When you asked how she was doing and the guy behind her answered, my husband and I laughed so hard lol.. glad you all had a great time.
it concerned me how close a couple of the actors were to you with their masks half off in the 1st house you went into
Yeah I understand and it was a little concerning. But I know the scare actors wanted to be on screen so they can see themselves perform. As long as my face covering is on at all times I feel safe.
Yeah, I saw one with their mask under their chin! Not cool.
I personally don't think I'd feel comfortable in that confined space, during covid.
@@lindatannock You do understand that all those mask rules are just one big BS. As long as ppl don't cough or sneeze at you, you will be safe even without it. Also the none medical masks will not protect you or the ppl around you. The whole mask thing is a charade to make ppl feel safer. Only thing you need to do is not to put your dirty fingers in your mouth, nose or eyes. If you knew how many viruses are out in the open,..you would never go out your house anymore. There is a bigger chance you die in a car accident then from Covid. Stay with both feet on the ground. :)
@@Vibesoftheworld49 Humm, Mask, even the non-medical ones when worn properly, are scientifically proven to be effective. Because many people don't know how to cover their cough or sneeze and even when they do particles and droplets fly, masks help to contain those on the person doing the action and masks help to protect those around the person sneezing or coughing or talking from the droplets coming into their airways. Just think of it this way..If you pee with your pants off pee goes everywhere, if you pee with your pants on pee stays with you. No one else wants your pee so keep your pants on when around others :).

As a haunted house enthusiast something about the scare actors with masks is somehow more creepy than them without one
This is my FAVORITE spooky season activity I’m so glad it’s happening 😭♥️ my favorite character is Michael Myers because he’s realistic. Not a monster, or a demon, just a guy with a knife which is more likely to actually happen, that’s why he’s so scary!
The way u were screaming made me realize i can NOT do haunted houses or rides🙃

Last year I was working at the Renn Faire in NC. We saw so many great characters to include narley looking Bob Marley with a paint palette as a shield and carrying a sword covered in paint! Awesome costume!

At the beginning of the video when you said it was a local haunt, I got so excited!!! A long time ago I use to be an actor at a local haunt and I LOVED it! HHN is very different from those, and I've been wanting to visit a local haunt again. So thank you for doing a video on this!! Although I was a little disappointed a few actors didn't seem to have their masks over their nose and mouth. My favorite halloween character, that's a hard one. Because I can't decide I'll say Pennywise from the new IT movies.
I got so happy seeing this. I completely forgot they were opening for this Halloween season. My favorite Halloween character (that’s also traumatized me as a kid and still gives me nightmares) is the OG Charles Lee Ray aka Chucky.

Saw you there yesterday Dev, Didnt wanna walk up on ya while you were busy filming but thought it was cool to see ya from a distance lol. This was the first time I went to screamageddon and I gotta say it was fantastic. The interactions from the actors is just so much more personal than horror nights, They're way more engaged and its only your party going in one group at a time so you dont feel like a congo line just walking through a house.
The clowns walking around in the concession stand area also were so awesome and great to mess with. If you're looking for something fun to do for halloween I highly recommend this event, It's a drive but its well worth it.
