This was super helpful, thank you. The airport website and Google Maps both do a terrible job explaining the rental car situation. Until I watched this video I wasn't sure if they were all off-site and which ones had counters at the airport. This gave us the context we needed. Thanks again.

Thanks for this. I’ll be flying into there next month to visit a friend. Good to know that the rental car counters are in the terminal even though the actual agencies are off site. I did see on google maps the shuttle pick up is on the arrivals level, center island

I'm having some slight confusion.
According to PBI's site, rideshares are picked up at the Outer Curb. But...this video makes it look like pickups are on the first curb.
Can anyone confirm?
