As a person who works at home depot, i say his final smash is just driving through the stage on a big ass forklift.

Considering the amount of property damage, injuries, and (rarely) fatalities those machines have caused? I don't think it would appropriate at all to have Homer clobbering Nintendo characters with a forklift.
Maybe something cute and innocent, like all of the other characters suddenly have orange buckets over their heads, and they are rendered temporarily helpless, and Homer can pick them off one by one.

That would be legendary for the people who visit and torture after a while for the workers but like it's a great way to make homdepot memorable other that the smell of wooden planks the vests and the color orange
I just imagine the introduction/reveal cinematic for this character is minecraft steve building a house with wood planks, and this guy just comes up waggling his finger silently, before initiating an epic building montage with 2x4's and nails and actual building materials, and making a real-life house next to steve's shitty plank house.

By the power of magic, more saving, more doing, and the Home Depot theme, I have made a whole arena in the sky! Making a bookshelf, a sofa, a guitar, a whole theatre, and an amusement park in 5 minutes wasn't enough for my body and now I have created an impossible structure making the combined time of all of these projects 6 minutes. My blood is Home Depot now!

Movesets for Mr Depot
--- Smash Attacks ---
Side Smash: Smack with a wood plank
Down Smash: Drops a heavy box of nails and bars in front of Mr Depot, Dealing 24% of damage. It has a small AOE which is about 4-5 nails falling out. The nails deal about 3% each.
Up Smash: Throws a hammer/wrench up in the air, dealing 22% of damage to foes. If Mr Depot gets knocked away from their current position while the hammer/wrench is still in the air, the item will become throwable, dealing around 7% of damage.
--- Special ---
Neutral Special: Builds a weapon which you could throw at foes, dealing 6%. It takes some time crafting this. It can be interrupted if Mr Deopt were to get hit.
Side Special: Mr Depot throws his wrench, similar to Mii Brawler's Shot Put. Deals 14%. Considerably slow.
Down Special: Takes out a jackhammer and activates it. Similar to Donkey Kong's Down Special. Deals 0.8% each AOE ring. The AOE ring is activated at a steady rate of 0.35 seconds. Has mediocre knockback.
Up Special: Summons a big spring, similar to Sonic's Up Special.
--- FINAL SMASH ---
Final Smash: For the Final Smash, a big Home Depot store will rise up from the ground in front of Mr Depot. The size is about 1/3 of the Final Destination stage. up to 3 people can get hit by this. Once someone gets hit by the initial attack, they enter the cutscene. They fall inside a hole in the ceiling of the store, which Mr Depot quickly fixes after they enter. The fows fall between an isle, surrounded by cabinets and boxes of tools and components, considerably sharp. They fall onto the enemies with the vibration of the foes falling into the store. This does a whopping 82%. anyone 90% or higher gets instantly KO'd.
And that's what I call 2 hours of my life wasted
amazing. simply amazing.

(For the sake of efficiency I’ll just call him Worker)
Entrance: walks out of a warehouse
Side B: Plywood
Worker will throw a piece of plywood at a fighter and if it hits they are now stuck to the board and immobile. This does a little damage but if you press B again Worker will throw a hammer at the board, causing it to break and the fighter will have been damaged!
Neutral B: Mallet
It’s quite simple. Press B and Worker will lob a Rubber Mallet. The fun part is that you can arch it whatever what you want by control stick inputs. You can even have it boomerang around back to you! Be careful though, once it hits a fighter, it will drop on the floor and you will have to run to pick it up before someone else can throw it back at you!
Up B: Fan
Worker will tie a fan to his feet causing him to fly up. You can steer by using the control stick. You can even turn this move into an attack by making a U turn. The fan also does minuscule slice damage to fighters who touch it.
Down B: plumbing
Worker will lay down up to 5 pipes. Repeatedly pressing down be can change the from of the pipe (straight, curved) and pressing A will place the pipe. Hold down the B button near an open ended pipe and worker will get out a hose and pour water down the pipe! The fighter at the receiving end will get slip, get pushed back, and get dealt tiny damage. You can hold down B as long as you want. Fighters can break the pipes though, it takes 5 hits to make a crack in the pipe. If water is in the pipe, a water sprout will appear where the crack is and you and the fighters can use this to your advantage.
FINAL SMASH: Nail Hail
Worker will slam a giant blueprint down to the ground. Anyone who is hit will showered by nails and will be pinned to the ground. Worker will then ride a newly renovated house down to the ground to finish them off! The initial slam will also send out some barely visible wind which will still trigger the attack!

D Poe's weight. air. and ground speed. is the same as Mario's but he is much taller than mario.
His 3 hit combo is three strikes of the hammer and a rapid jab with the drill.
The Dash attack is that he stops running to toss a heavy bucket of cement.
The side tilt is where he shoots a nail gun. It has slightly more range than mii gunners forward air(smash4)
Up tilt is uppercut with screwdriver
Down tilt is a slash with the power saw
Side smash is where d Poe tosses a heavy wrench
Up smash is where he splashes a sement bucket upwards
Down smash is where he shoots the nail gun upwards making them rain
Nair is where d poe swings planks of wood on both sides of himself
Forward air is a overhead smash with a wooden crate
Back air is a thrust of the drill
Up air is where he twirls a wooden plank overhead
Down air is a similar to megamans tossing a desk downwards
The grab is a teather with a extension cord
The forward throw is tossing a bulb into there face
Up throw is where d poe puts a ladder over his enemies neck and uses it seesaw them into the sky
Back throw is where a cement mixer a smashes into the enemy from behind and then disappear
Down throw is just power sawing The opponent
Nuetral b is the blowtorch shooting fire forwards
Side b is a home depot truck running down foes
Up b is a jumping off a ladder
down b is making a hut in real time
Final smash is similar to villages but covers most of the arena

On the end screen he says "I'm tuckered out" then he watches football with his 2 dogs sleeping at his feet
First victory animation would be him building a smash ball out of the wood he has in Home Depot,then painting it the Ball’s colors with his paint.
Second victory animation would be him on a work bench trying to nail something down,this song plays and every time that hammer noise comes in the song would be when he hits a hammer on a nail. Similar to Joker’s and Cloud’s victory animations.
Third victory animation would be a wooden wall appears but then he destroys a part of the wall with a hammer,jumping out the hole from the wall,does a pose or whatever,then gets working again and starts to rebuild the broken part of the wall.
