You know what I love about your channel? No drama, down to earth, and it doesn't feel like we are intruding on your privacy...sometimes I see RUclipsrs that film EVERYTHING and it just seems inappropriate, you just film stuff that I would probably film as well and I learn some great mom tips and tricks. Thanks for keeping it real 😘
Lolol so relate to food being on my mind all of the time. We ARE project managers, aren't we?! Thanks for keeping it real for us and providing content I can resonate with.
🇬🇧Just sat down to have a quick coffee before I go to pick up my children from school and your video popped up ! Perfect timing !❤️ love your channel Kayla , your so real and I feel like I take away a lot from your videos . Thankyou for sharing 🥰
Awwww yayyyy that makes me so happy!!!! Hope that coffee was delicious!
This was so helpful and accurate Kayla! Would love to see meals you served each of the kids and what they ate for a week next!
Food prices are insane! But one hack I love are rotisserie chickens. I usually get 2 meals for my family of 5 then either freeze the bones for broth. I also pressure can foods like spaghetti sauce, beans, salsas, full meals etc. there are sooo many recipes and it saves us so much money! Ball book recipes are my go to!
Hi Kayla! The food price situation is out of control. I mainly shop at Aldi and Sam’s Club to save what I can. ❤
You can freeze creamer especially the Chobani since there is no oils. You can also freeze heavy cream and milk. It does NOT change the texture. I stock up on chobani at publix during the bogo and put it in my deep freezer.
Oooo I had no idea I could freeze creamer! So good to know! Thank you!
Thank you for the hauls and all the tips, Kayla!! ❤❤
Lots of good tips here , thank you! ❤
a London Fog is a tea drink made with black tea, milk or cream once steeped, vanilla and whatever sugar u use to taste. It can be made iced as well.
I’m watching the grocery haul and laughing so hard because before I started watching this I had just made my grocery order (different store) and it is literally copy and paste down to the brands 😂. Nice to know another family eat similarly 😊
Fellow Floridian and mama of three! Love watching your content! Wish we were a little closer so we could be friends! We mostly shop at Aldi!
Second this. Floridian mama and Aldi shopper here! 😊
That is me with those creamers 😂 I have every flavor in my fridge depending on my coffee mood 😊
They are sooooo good lol
I make my own salad rolls using rice sheets- the circle ones...............
why did you stop doing the butcher box subscription? Just curious. I had butcher box then switched to good chop. Did you just prefer the local company?
I also snack on chex mix, costco has it, much cheaper. And costco also has deals for chex mix sometimes.
I'm in South Africa... I don't think we even get coffee creamer 🤷🏻♀️😂 I've always just used milk.. I always see it and it sounds interesting to me, as I've never really had 'flavored' coffee.
I'm a single mom and I'm really trying to shop smarter.. I usually just buy without actually having a list or buying things not on my list... And I've now decided if it's not on my list, I'm not buying it. Because then it's not something we need.
I unfortunately don't have space for extra stock.. But as something is finished or almost finished, I'll buy more.
I do one big shop at the end of the month when I get my salary (around the 24th/25th)..and then I go to stock up on things we might need over the weekend or for the next week, on Thursdays or Fridays. But these are usually the shops I spend too much.. So I definitely need lists for this.
How do you keep the backstock freezer items from getting freezer burn? I’ve tried to backstock in the past, but then when I go to try and make the food, it has freezer burn and is no longer good in good condition.
Have you tried the Aldi little journey organic baby food pouches? They’re under a dollar and my baby seems to like them. We use them for on the go.
Yesss! I used to get them for jackson. Also the target good and gather brand pouches are also under $1 and organic! Just learned that!
Does that drink have surcalose or "natural flavors" ?
All I buy is lactose’s free milk. It taste no different, they won’t notice lol
UK viewer here! And the food prices here are crazy too! Easily spend £100 on not much these days, and it seems healthier options are even more expensive😅x
Hey Kayla. I love in Ireland and the food prices are crazy over here as well !! I feel like all of my money is going on weekly food shops!!! Absolutely mad.
It really is! Thanks for sharing some insight on Ireland’s food prices!
yup, here in B.C. many pizzas are in the $25 range..............
Do you still shop at Aldi?
I haven’t been in a while because there isn’t one super close to me but I’ve been wanting to go back!
I tend to prefer Aldi's in-house brands over Walmart's Great Value brand. They are oriced about the same. Also, Aldi is a much smaller store, so its much faster to shop there.
Just started watching but I only buy berries at Sams club so if you still shop at Costco I would highly recommend looking there for fruits! So much cheaper
I need to find the best time to go to Costco because if I gotta spend an hour waiting in line to pay it ain’t worth it lol
Publix organic strawberries were $8.99 yesterday. I almost fainted
That’s absolutely insane
food is outrageous. I went to the store here in TN and a bag of grapes was over $11. it was not full either.
That’s so insane. I hardly ever get grapes for that reason 🙈
and to add they wasn’t that good 🤣🤣
@@abby12345_ hahahha absolutely horrible
For real that's crazy, I haven't been buying grapes because they have not been sweet they don't taste good
@@alyssa.017 I agree, something is different!!
My husband makes $100,000 a year and we still dont think door dash is worth the price
The mark up, the tip, we always took turns going to pick up take out
And we try and do take out once a week, unless i was pregnant then we did 6x a month if we could swing it
Yep I totally get you! It’s pretty outrageous! But I’m glad you’re still able to treat yourself to takeout occasionally especially when pregnant! It’s worth it then lol
Lactose taste exactly the same. Can’t tell a difference! We’re all lactose.
crepes= crapes/drapes....................
