INGREDIENTS:
*Peanuts 70 g
*Almonds 80 g
*Pumpkin seeds 50 g
*Sesame seeds 25 g
*1 egg
*Coconut/cane sugar 60 g
*Cocoa 25 g
*Milk powder 15 g
Total per 100 grams:
Calories - 488.64 kcal.
Protein - 17.81 g.
Fat - 33.70 g.
Carbohydrate - 24.99 g.

Два вопроса: 1)сколько нужно бананов?
2)тыквенные семечки вероятно тоже нужно немного прокалить?

Nutty Chocolate Thins
70g Peanuts
80g Almonds
50g Pumpkin seeds
25g Sesame seeds
1 banana
60g Coconut/cane sugar
25g Cocoa
15g Milk powder
1) Dryfry peanuts & almonds separately.
2) Blend them together 'til crumbs.
3) Mix crumbs with pumpkin & sesame seeds.
4) Whisk banana & sugar 'til thick.
5) Sift in cocoa & milk powder & whisk.
6) Mix in nuts & seeds.
7) Spread mix thinly on lined tray.
8) Bake at 160C for 15-18m.
9) Let cool before cut in thin bars.
*The thinner the layer the crunchier.
Total per 100g: Calories 488.64 kcal.
Protein 17.81g Fat 33.70g Carbs 24.99g
