In Greece we have got similar issues such us constitutional obligation of serving the military for 1 year and the price of living is expensive, compared the salaries we got earned as well as the taxes we are paying monthly it's irrational, unfortunately, in globalization competition is at its peak, and surely one of the reason for today's fast pace of life came from Asia continent for plethora reasons that i can not detailable explain here
I worked once with a visiting korean intern (im filipino) and i overlooked his work given i was the one hands on handling most of the projects here for a group that was korea based. Anyway, the intern and i actually had the same age and he kept on where did i study, did i graduate with honors so on- like we’re already 28 yrs old, after job hopping two or three times for me this shit becomes irrelevant
If anyone wants to quit smoking come to Australia - an average cost of a packet of cigarettes is $30! That is why a lot of Australians have quit smoking! Way too expensive!

When i went to Seoul i didn't see smoking, i was actually impressed to see that it's forbidden to smoke in the streets. Only in norebangs i would smell smoke. Drinking instead, is absolutely crazy. They drink a lot and up to the point they hurt themselves. Some korean told me that when it comes to drinking, they are considered like the Irish in Europe.
Although it has improved a lot in recent years, the problem of alcohol in Korea is serious. It is not strange to brag about how many bottles of soju you drink, and there is a culture that sees negatively that you can't drink well or don't drink on purpose. Quite a few people drink until they're drunk, and there's a lot of alcohol-related accidents related to drinking

Yes I totally agree of banning smoking. It has no benefits and endanger others. You have rights to smoke but don't pollute our air. Non smokers have rights to clean air too.

Ok, let's be honest - the US schools are below mediocre level, but the Korean system is pretty fucked up. You are stuck in school from 7 in the morning, with cram school you get home at 8-10 pm. Parents want kids to stay in cram school on weakdays as well - only to get better grades than other students. Basically as a student in Korea you don't have a life. Literally. You don't. Have. A life. It should be changed asap.

Bullying in Korea is BAD...in schools teachers and the administration are part of the problem by not enforcing a no bullying policy and allowing students terrorizing other children. It's horrible.
Based on the dramas surrounding bullying in schools and how that’s a recurring theme I would agree with that girl and say they should figure that out. Not just in dramas but even other Korean RUclipsrs have confirm how bad it is. While being competitive in school isn’t a bad thing but once the pressure becomes too much and you have outside forces telling you to do better that will eventually lead to a mental breakdown. There’s a reason why SK has the highest suicide rate and that’s devastating.

And actually, there are a lot of men on the street, so it's not difficult to find them. Can't you find a man because there are more women on the streets of your country?
