Well done again Bob.. I followed your instructions & did what you said.. but I will say that every now & then I go out to my 2004 Autocruise Boxer & put a little heater I have from my Son in law which is made by Sealey & having that on for about 20 mins really does help to keep our van ok as long as you have the van close to home where it's so much easier to maintain you new toy..
Good video again Bob. I used the Floe system for the first time on my caravan at the end of last year and was amazed at how much more water came out of the system. £45 well spent I think.
Hi Bob, visited the caravan show at the nec last week and somehow stumbled on your channel. I have subscribed with alerts so looking forward to your next video. Off to catch up with your previous vlogs now.
I have a buccaneer caravan and it's been the same with all my previous vans all drain taps are inside then I just blow the taps to clear them of water done this for over 20 years.
Hi Bob, thanks for the video, as always, very helpful. Quick question if I may, I have the same model van as you and cant find out what the small switch is below the fridge? Can you help? Thanks Regards to you both, Steve
Hi Bob, as above very useful info re draining the boiler. In relation to your follow up video about refilling the van, does the water you put in externally replace the water you drained in this video, or is it s seperate task? Thanks
Hi Bob mine is done through control panel I have to tap outside . Trouble is when I opened tank from inside to use the Pur sol you recommend there is water in tank although control panel says it's 0%😟any ideas ?
The water level indicators on many Motorhomes are notoriously unreliable and inaccurate. I have same problem, sometimes it shows correctly, other times not.
@@BobEarnshawMoHo should the fresh tank be total empty ..I can't seem to get last bit out 1/4 inch ...I am cleaning so will fill with Puri sol overnight.
I couldn't see where the yellow tap is inside.. Video very dark at that point Otherwise helpful. Do you just flush the toilet after draining the system or is that water gone along with the main tank?
Yes, as I said, yellow tap is next to the boiler. You can't flush toilet after draining fresh water, as it uses water from fresh water tank to flush. Toilet is a completely different system, uses a Thetford toilet cassette. Search for 'Bob Earnshaw Thetford Cassette' for that...
Thanks Bob! Another great helpful video 👍🏼
Hi Bob, same here. I found your channel and it’s a goldmine of motorhome trips which is right up my street!

Thank you so much for that. We couldn't work out why our water would just drain away.
Again, another extremely useful video Bob, thanks for posting.

Great Bob, thanks very much, very informative
Ok. So the pump must be on at the same time!! Thanks for your help. Paul
Fill up, switch the pump on and open the taps slowly to get the air out.
Very Helpful, thankyou.
You're welcome.

It's a fan switch for the heating, blows out warm air when the heating is on.

When you refill the fresh water tank, and switch the pump on, fresh water gets pumped into the boiler. The boiler holds around 7 litres of water.

@@webgibs it wouldn't make much difference, depends how your waste pipe is pointing, you may not be able to get every drop out.
