I have insomnia so I thought I’d try watching this video to make me tired and I passed out before it was even half over! I slept for 3 consistent hours! That’s never happened! I have been subscribed for a while because these videos help my migraines. I love that I can simply turn on a video to help my “chronic “ issues and not have to take a lot of medication. Thank you so much for existing and doing what your doing! I greatly appreciate it!

This put me on my ass, the last thing I heard was “you’ve got a fever of 101 degrees” then next thing I know I was waking up sprawled out on my bed, air pods missing, phone lost to the abyss and absolutely no recollection of wtf just happened.
As a new mother, the sleep i got was superior to my entire being and the best I’ve gotten in a while.
12/10 definitely recommend :)

Being sick is also a mental battle - when you start getting sniffles, tell yourself that you are NOT getting sick. Ever since I started telling myself this, I haven't gotten sick once and it's been a year and a half!!! 🥰🥰 ...also, take Airborne gummies early 😆
