I will boycott companies that engage in practices that I oppose. I truly believe that the best way to hurt a company is where it really counts; in the pocketbook. If /when they feel enough financial pressure they will back off of the woke garbage and get with the correct program.

I for one would rather spend a little more to support a locally owned and operated business that to go to the corporate stores. Sometimes it is a necessary evil (insurance makes you go to certain pharmacies). I do my best to think ahead so I don't have issues getting things from my local sources.

It's called free market, if your product is good you survive, I'm not buying from a store with a good product, but the owner is actively using their advertising budget to campaign for an ideology that is destroying our country. Most only do it to go along with the perceived narrative anyway.
More people need to learn about the likes of John Money and the more depraved things that Alfred Kinsey got up to. Many if not all of these academic theories are founded on grossly unethical and frankly bunk research.

Most often I just take my money elsewhere, but when Target opened their dressing rooms to men, I wrote to them. It didn't do any good and I haven't shopped there since. I also wrote to Starbucks to confirm that they give money to Planned Prenthood. They confirmed that they did through matching contributions of their employees. I didn't go there anyway because they don't know tea and they are way overpriced. But now I know I have the facts if I mention this in conversation.
Even Skittles has a pride bag, pizza hut has drag for kids, Oreos, everyplace you turn. That's ok. My kids were raised in homemade cookies, I'll start again with the great-grandsons.

I'm black and the worst "classic" Covid symptom I got was a slight fever for 3 days and that's it. My girlfriend is Mexican-American and even though she tested positive for Covid, she never showed or felt any symptoms, we both sailed through it easily. It was a great 14 day vacation! Also both of us have never gotten the vaccine and we're not going to, EVER!
It didn't start off too well, but she nailed it.

We were required by law to test all students and teachers 3 times a week in Germany. The advantage was that the kids could go to various entertainment things on the weekend because they were legally defined as "tested" and didn't have to present proof of a recent test.
Our Florida Governor is doing a wonderful job. If needs be, let the judicial system protect our children from overreacting by leftist parents.

It’s not one thing I could point you to… it’s a whole lot of corruption in the courts that DeSantis could easily investigate, if he were interested. All governors in every state need to investigate CPS and DES. They’re terrorist organizations.

I'll boycott companies I do not depend on, which is most. If they do anything I disagree with (like bad service), next time I choose somewhere else. The 2nd time it happens, I'll avoid them for a longer time and each consecutive time it get's longer and longer, until I'll never choose them again.

Back in the early 1990s, I'd redesigned the user interface for a graphics program; as a bonus, they gave me one of the first copies of the software. Looking on the back of the packaging, I crassly said, "huh... they donate to the nature conservancy... glad I didn't have to pay for this" (and then I laughed out loud).
One of my friends who was there heard this, and began to chastise me as to how the company can spend their money however they choose.
To which I replied, "and they choose to advertise the fact on their packaging; if they're going to hope to increase their business by advertising this, then they also have to accept when it costs them business."
I just paid my utility bill; a company that has a State-granted monopoly. The front page of their website is covered with promotions of their "Stewardship" programs; planting trees, giving out scholarships, etc etc...
Which makes me mad. They're given a monopoly to provide the citizenry power. I'm paying out the nose for energy, when they could be not-blowing their money on this boondoggle crap they're bragging about, and thereby reducing my bill! With the added bonus that I will then have the money to promote the causes _I_ support!

As much as I want to see Desantis as president, I actually want him to focus on Florida for another four years. Establish it as a permanent Red State, make sure that the people coming in aren't bringing their Liberal ideals in as well, solidify it as an attractive state to go to even after he leaves and then run for head office in 2028. Meanwhile I want to see what America can do with a Trump scorned.

I gave her a chance because of you guys, I've been curious. I think Republicans also need to be clear on what their going to do about problems like inflation, the humanitarian crisis at our southern boarder, how they will try and help to work for peace in Ukraine, and many other issues. If they would do more to be specific about solutions and let go of the 2020 election denial this would also help. So I think she's great in many ways and I learned a bit, but I think she's off in some areas about what's important to voters.
