Here in France 30-39km/h or 18-24mph over you can have your licence revoked depending on the circumstances and the judge's decision. Anything from 40km/h (25mph) over and above, your license is automatically revoked and you have to go back to driving school and earn back your licence.
Where i live 20 over is considered criminal speed and reckless driving but as long as you dont have a terrible driving history you'll get off with a ticket usually for 10-15mph over making the fine and points less. 30 over will get your car towed and a court summons for reckless driving. That guy got a really good cop.

Having your CDL suspended when not operating or exercising the privileges of a commercial license doesn’t seem fair if that ticket wouldn’t result in a license suspension for a non CDL driver.
